Description of Work: They did excellent work. I do not remember the exact date, but it was the early spring of 2015. I paid Bassett. I am unsure what your question "Were services performed or was money paid to the service provider?" means. It is very ambiguous.

Description of Work: They installed wood floors and carpet in our home on two separate occasions, April 2014 and December 2015. While they were not the lowest price bid we received, we used them based on recommendations from friends and were extremely pleased with all areas of their work. The quality of the products and the installation exceeded out expectations. We definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Among other things, we wanted to find a local company for this service. They were very helpful every step of the way, from shopping, selecting, to installation. We were very pleased with the carpet and the careful installation that was completed. We are very pleased with the final product.

+ 0 moreI would highly recommend them. I spent more than $10,000 on them. I chose them because they are local and they were nice. They had laminates that were made in Unites States of America. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Bassett Carpets, eight months ago. They tore out a 15-year-old carpet and replaced it. They also replaced vinyl in the kitchen with laminate.
