Very professional and timely, Estimate was delivered professionally. Have to wait for to be installed still, due to a snowstorm in Northern Colorado. Glenn made sure that he followed up with me.

Overall they were a five not a four but their price was high compared to some of the other roofing contractors. However, their service was great, their communication was great, everything was great. But, they were about double of one other bid that I had.

This company provided a quick response to my inquiry and a follow-up call after the job was completed. Any calls were always promptly returned, and my questions were answered without hesitation. An estimate was obtained within 24 hours of my phone call, and the work was done on time, as promised, with no extra charges. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Avalanche called me in less than an hour from when I put in my request. The service was immediate, professional and friendly, and the Avalanche service person Glenn, knew exactly what he was doing to fix my leaky roof. He also made great suggestions for maintaining the roof ongoing.
