Technician found that door was off balance, possibly due to high winds the day before. He did the necessary repair quickly and accurately - adjusting, lubricating, tightening. Very efficient, personable and skilled.

They came to my house approximately 1.5 hours after calling them and they fixed the problem immediately. They did not try to sell me a new garage door or complicate the problem. They were prompt, professional and I would use them again.

It went AWSOME!! I have used him in the past and now that I am on Angie's list I wanted to state that he has all ways been very reasonable, on time and willing to do anything needed even after hours. He has gone out of his way when I needed him most. I remember one time it was after hours and I told him what was the trouble was (a sunday) and he came right over and looked at it and said he would be there the next day to fix it and bright and early there he was. I called Accent Garage at 4:30pm on Friday and left a message. Five minutes later I got a call back. Gary arrived exactly at 9:00am Saturday and figured out the problem. The service was exemplary. He was recommended by my son-in-law and I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door problem.

Discussed my problem and different types of systems, they didn't try to upsell me and I settled on a Chamberlain 1/2 hp belt drive for quietness. The appointment was set for 8:30 am on 12/31/14.Temp was -10 degrees, so wondered if they would call and cancel. Both Garys showed up exactly on time, performed the work very professionally in one hour, bill was exactly as quoted and they took the old garage door opener and chain with them to dispose of. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Gary cleaned and lubricated all of the wheels. Also, the door had been jamming at different times. Gary discovered that the garage door had not been installed correctly, so he moved the track so that the door didn't bind. Door is working great now.

Our garage door wouldn't open this morning because one of the springs snapped. I had used Accent back in June 2008 to replace the springs. I called them and they were here in less than one hour. The springs were replaced and they tightened everything up as well. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

The springs on my door broke late Sunday night. I called Gary early Monday morning. My door was fixed by mid-afternoon on the very same day. Gary was prompt, polite, and I will hire him again when the need arises.

Gary was quick to respond, did exactly what he said he would do and arrived on-time. He was polite and didn't have any issues at all with install. Seemed really expensive when I compare one that I bought a couple years ago for $350 which included 2 remotes, new wall button with eye, belt drive (quiet) and new exterior keypad. I hired Gary at what I felt was an expensive price because I was hoping to repair my old one, so I would have had a service fee if I didn't hire him for replacement of the unit. He first said it would cost $350, then he said a bit later that it would be around $370 with tax. That was okay with the extra amount for tax until he wrote the invoice and there was no tax, but he charged me $360. I guess he wanted to raise the price after his original quote and isn't paying the government the tax portion he quoted after all. I gave a 3 for professionalism because we are moving in a couple months to a new home and I'm in the market for 2 more openers. I asked him for a quote, he gave all sorts of reasons that he didn't know the door height etc.. I told him I believe the door height is the same. I guess he didn't want to provide a quote and I will be going elsewhere for my 2 new openers I need shortly.

Our door spring broke at 9:00 PM. I got Accent's phone # from Angies List and called them. I left a message hoping that they could fix my door as our car was trapped in the garage.At 7:00 AM the next day Gary called and said he could come right away. I told him 7:45. He showed up on time, replaced the springs, and got the door working. He was done by 8:30. I wrote him a check for our agreed upon $190. I would highly recommend Gary and his company.

Accent advised me that they would be on site between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. They arrived before 8:00 and completed the job within 1.5 hours. They also disposed of my previous garage door opener, which had burned out. Two guys showed up to do the work. Their price included the equipment and labor.

They came immediately and were very competent. Gary worked hard not to charge too much or do too much - just fix the problem. The door works great now and I am very pleased.

A few years back these guys did a bang up job rebuilding my garage door after the former occupants nailed the door shut and tore down all the runners and the opener. That was an interesting job and Gary and his partner did a great job for a great price. More recently, I had a spring break and they came out that same afternoon and popped a new one in for me. They are honest, fast and very easy to deal with. When you call them Gary answers the phone sets your job up. Don't quote me on the price of the spring. I can't honestly remember what it cost. But Angie's List makes you put something it.

When I called Accent, Gary was able to help me select the right type of garage door opener. He had an opening that afternoon and was able to install it later that day. He was great to work with and his workmanship was outstanding.

Prompt, dependable, thorough, easy going, no attempt to sell more than was necessary to make repairs, helpful about an easy remedy to assist in reducing the noise level on motor, professional in appearance and demeanor.
