Description of Work: I spoke with Theo re: mold that we discovered in the basement. He recommended that we have testing conducted first by a third party so that we would have an accurate idea of the work that would be required. Good thing we did! We discovered that in addition to mold we also had asbestos (a service that 24-7 does not provide but will contract for under certain conditions). Even though we were not able use his services, Theo listened patiently, answered all our questions, and provided extremely helpful and useful information. Should we ever require just mold removal, we would use this company in a heartbeat. I HIGHLY recommend 24-7 and Theo in particular for his professionalism, knowledge, and caring attitude.

The 24-7 crew was great, in particular Erick Halverson. They worked late hours and on Christmas to ensure everything was done properly and aligned with our insurance company. They were always available to answer questions, give advice, and generally help out during a rough time. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: 24-7 dried our house (i.e. kitchen, hall, bathrooms, bedrooms, and crawlspace) following a flood two days before christmas. Once the house was dry, they tested for mold and asbestos. Once approved, they removed all damaged sections of the house to prep for overall repair. This also included moving our belongings into a storage pod while the work was done.

Water pipe broke at 10AM on Easter Sunday, flooding a wall and part of our downstairs. I called 24-7 expecting I would have to wait until Monday morning for any response (it was a holiday afterall), but my call was answered and within three hours a crew was at our house (the reason it took three hours is that they were at another call). They came in and took charge of the situation, providing us options and all the details so we could make informed decisions. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. After they had cleaned up the water, they set up fans and dehumidifiers. They told us exactly what they were doing and why. For the next three days they would come by the house to check the status. At one point, a customer service rep even stopped by to make sure everything was going well. They handled all the insurance work once we had filed the claim making it very easy on us. We found all of the employees to be very professional, courteous, and thorough in their work. Overall, we are very impressed by 24-7 and would trust them with any future disasters.

The hot water heater in our rental home failed in the middle of the night. My tenant called me at 5 a.m. to tell me that the finished basement was a bit flooded and was concerned about the carpet becoming damaged. I called 24 /7 at 5:30 am to leave a message but the call was picked up by a real person! by 6:45 a.m. the truck and 3 professional gentleman were there to take care of the flooding, assess the damages, and start the repair process. they took care of it all very quickly, coordinated all repair work, and reviewed the work thoroughly throughout the entire process. Billing and working with my insurance company was seamless as well.

They were very strong at overselling. They didn’t do a good job. They didn’t clean and dry my carpet like they were supposed to do. They said did work that they did not do and charged my insurance company for.

Your cabin was completely affected with mold and when we finished our services, it passed an independent mold test with flying colors and our invoice was covered 100% by your insurance. All work was done following our industry's standards (IICRC) and all our technicians were certified for the work they did at your property.Not sure what we could have done better, but we will review what we did at your job and look for ways to improve.
