Best contractor ever! Al and his crew crafted a master bathroom/bedroom remodel for us and we were beyond satisfied with their work, work ethic and outcome. The contractor, Al, and his workers were competent, respectful and timely, always showing up as scheduled and he communicated w us daily. Calm, considerate, confident, and trustworthy oversight by Al made this project go as smoothly as possible. He was a supreme communicator and ever present on site. Their work was flawless and they took tremendous pride in it. It was a true pleasure working with such a reputable, professional and thoughtful individual as Al and 1 2 3 Done Construction. I hired AL a couple of years ago to finish my basement, he did a great job, finished with in my timeline and my budget!

Al is a really nice and trustworthy contractor. He always answers the phone and you can trust he will get your job done. We had a really big bathroom remodel where we basically moved everything around. It wasn't an easy job, but Al was great at explaining everything and working with us on solutions. Also - there were no 'hidden' fees when the invoice came. He was always very up front about anything that would cost extra during the project before we did anything. Overall our job stayed on budget and there were no unexpected costs and I must say we have our dream bathroom Thanks Al!

We have had several different contractors over the years and it is the exception to find one that is excellent in all areas. Al was timely throughout the bid process to the final inspection. We had several change orders due to changes in the building code and designs that we wanted changed. Al made certain we were aware of all change orders and what the cost differences would be. There were absolutely no surprises which was greatly appreciated during a complex project. We had contracted to have a laundry room added to the house, convert the former laundry room to a pantry and to finish a walk-out basement. Al listened to everything we wanted and during the building he would make recommendations that greatly enhanced the project and the overall experience. In the beginning, he stated that if we had any questions or concerns to call him directly and it would get his immediate attention. Al was true to his word throughout the project. Whenever my wife or I reached out, Al was available and resolved any problems. In most of the cases, he was fully aware of the problem and was already working on or had a solution. He was on site every day and worked side by side with the sub-contractors to insure their work was up to his high standards. The project came in on budget with the appropriated adjustments for change orders and was on time. We had asked to have everything completed before Christmas and we got our final inspection on 12/22. The quality of work was above our expectations and has been admired by friends and family. We have only had two minor follow-up issues and Al, like during the whole build, responded immediately and addressed the issue. We would highly recommend the use of his services. We will be doing a kitchen remodel within the next year or two and he will be our first and only call. If you select him for your project, we assure you that will not be disappointed. - J. & J. Al was fantastic! He kept us informed of the progress on a frequent basis and was on site nearly every day working on things with his subcontractors. If they were late or did not do something to his standard he would step in and do the work himself. Even our neighbors commented that they were impressed that he was on top of our project. They will be hiring him and we are already speaking with him about a basement remodel. I could not recommend him more highly.

Anything we addressed he fixed for us right away and was very responsive, we had no trouble being able to reach him and it was a good experience overall.

They finished my basement and then we hired him for exterior painting and gutter work and we will be hiring them for additional work. They really take the time to work with you and they are flexible. They are great at communication and keeping you informed through the project.

Working with Al and his crew was a breeze. He's honest, dependable and worked hard to make sure our major home remodel was as painless as possible. We remodeled almost our entire home - master bath; kitchen; interior paint, trim and doors; floors on 3 levels and stairs; front and back entries, popcorn ceiling removal throughout home; a couple of new windows; running gas line in for stove; electrical work throughout home, etc. Al took care of everything from start to finish while we continued living in our home. Al and his team did an amazing job adding to an existing basement bathroom. The job involved knocking out a wall and adding a shower to a very small basement bathroom. The new addition looks amazing. They were very clean and respectful of my home to limit as much dust as possible during the project. Great quality and stayed on budget.

I have worked with123 done construction for about 3.5 years now during which they have build me two dental offices and majorly remodeled two houses for me. They are punctual and very timely with their work and if anything have always finished before the due date they have given me. More importantly I have gotten to know them enough to know with their work ethics I will never have to worry about the quality of their work. I recommend them 100 percent to anyone that has any residential or commercial needs.
