+ -1 moreThe installation provided special problems for Roger because of small & inaccessible access in the old ceiling. The problems were tackled gracefully without drama; No increase to the bid showed to us that this provider cared about his integrity and our satisfaction. He willingly provided extra information about small problems we've had because of our old modular home and its questionable construction and maintenance. There is no question that we would hire this company again.
Description of Work: Provider gave clear, understandable bid, providing basic & logical info on what was best to cool the house with a swamp cooler. Old swamp cooler had many problems and didn't cool front of the house on hot days. Roger installed a new swamp cooler system with new ducting that cooled entire house, even on the hottest days. Problems with duct sweating & damage to surrounding woodwork are all gone.
