Trustworthy, honest, professional and timely . I have used Independence for 4 years and Brock has consistently provided great service and reliability. When I replaced my boiler last November, It was a big project and took almost 12 hrs straight to get the job completed — but they finished it all in one day - making sure I had heat in my home !!!

This plumber understands customer service. The expierience could not have been better. This was a big job, and we had to work out times to get everything done. He showed up at the scheduled times and kept in communication via phone and email throughout the duration of the job. When he encountered unexpected problems, he clearly explained the situation and asked if I wanted him to fix the problem. I added several tasks as the job progressed, and he accepted all the extra work with grace and billed very reasonably for the extra work. He was very conscientious, constantly asking if he was inconveniencing us, if things were clean enough, or if there was anything he could do to make the experience better for us. Simply stated, you will not be disappointed if you use this plumber. I've used others in town, and he is by far the best.
