Beautifully installed granite, great customer service...Pedro goes above and beyond!

We originally received a quote in 2009, although very resonable we could not proceed until 2011. We were amazed to find that Pedro still honored the original quote. He and his crew were very timely, clean and did an outstanding job with the install. Most impressive is that Pedro cared how the project turned out as evident in his extra trip to ensure proper specifications were met days before the install. We are so happy with our new granite!

The marble was cut well as I asedk for. The installation was carefully done and cleaned up afterward. Overall very satisfied with work done to my two bathrooms.

If I could I would give them 6 stars. Based upon a good quote and the Service Magic reviews, we selected Pyramid to fabricate/install our granite countertops. Pedro suggested some granite suppliers and we met him at one to select slabs for color, design suitablity and our counter height requirements. We worked with him and his team at their workshop to overlay templates to obtain the best layout. The installation was professional, on time and on budget and they cleaned up after themselves. The granite counters and matching backsplashes are gorgeous.

I love the new look of my kitchen and two bathrooms with the granite countertops. Everyone who sees them really likes it too. Pedro and his crew did an excellent job and I am very pleased. Pedro was very polite and gave special attention to details.

Pedro was very responsive to us and did a great job. He even suggested to build a windowsill out of the granite which none of the other fabricators we talked to had suggested. The kitchen turned out great!

He went out to sites with us to see some granite slabs, he was very honest about the work that needed to be done, and was on time to every appointment. Very fast did a great job. We had something come up financially but he already ordered the granite, so he said he could not cancel. We still got it installed did a great job.

Pedro of Pyramid Granite did a fabulous job. He was prompt on each visit and worked very diligently with his men while they even joked and had a good time. We removed our counters and Pedro found out they weren't level to acdcept the granite. He removed the lower cabinets and shimmed and reattached them, without charging us anything extra. His templates were accurate when the granite arrived and he had even done some very professional curved corners that were a very exciting surprise. I have given his business card to a friend who is thinking about granite and I would suggest him to anyone with confidence.

Pedro was anxious to come to our home and talk to us about the various aspects of installing granite counter tops. He helped us in our sink and faucet selection and gave us guidance. He gave a lot of attention to detail, returning to our home to remeasure and confirmed to us our counter was 1/8 th to 1/4 th inch our of square. He wanted his counter top to be square and returned to remeasure and explained upfront. He prepared the template one day, and three days later installed the 66 sq ft tops in less than 8 hours. He cleaned up and hauled everything away leaving us with no mess. He spoke good English and his workers were courteous.

He did a great job installing our granite. His price is reasonable and he is honest. I would highly recommend him to a friend or anyone.

They did a great job. Very efficient, as they were in & out in one day for the counter removal, and installation of the new counter tops. I would highly recomend using Pyramid Granite. From my first contact to the completion of the project it took seven days mostly for material selection ,measureing, and a final estimate. I feel like I got a great deal compared to other estimates. I like them they don't mess around. Liked i said earlier they were very efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
