I hired this contractor to scrape and sand old paint off an existing patio railing.They had a lot of prep work to before they could start the painting. They worked the whole time, with just one break, they came prepared to get the job done. I would recommend them to others, and I would hire them again.

Luis and his team were excellent and we would definitely hire them again. They were fast, fairly priced, and easy to schedule. Our outdoor stairs and patio lead to an Airbnb, and needed to be completely demoed and rebuilt to code. We couldnâ t take long for the project as we need the space for income. Luis and his team made sure to schedule us quickly and they worked super fast! Our stairs and patio are not only safe for guests, but they look great too.

Luis is extremely reliable and knowledgeable; he has the skills to assess what types of repairs are needed including many more areas than concrete: drywall repair, laying and repairing concrete and more. He is very detailed oriented and prompt at responding and getting the work done. He is also easy to communicate with. We highly recommend him!
