Yankee Builders I had him do a lot of stuff. He minor tile work when I was desperate. He repaired the deck where I had the board was warping and the paint was pealing, when he came and took off the board he looked under the deck and on the side of the deck the boards were, it was carpenter ants that looked like they, they were dead and everything, and he said it probably happened before we moved in years ago. He had to repair, he had to put all new boards under there and everything. I also had him to the painting and he had to do the repair on the deck and several other things on the deck. He did it all. He fixed a light in my, he fixed several lights, just small things, he put up a new light, he done a bunch of small things, but he can do big things too. He's real easy to work with. He understands. He asks you questions and he always checks with you and is this alright. And he always says, like when the carpenter ants happened he had me come out and look and he gave me an estimate and told me what he would do. He wanted to make sure because he gave me an estimate to replace the board and then when he pulled it off, then he gave me a new estimate.
