+ -1 moreThis was a very positive experience. One of my coworkers referred me to Marty and he was very professional. He had a two step plan, but the first step worked so we didn't have to have additional work done on the outside pipe. Very reasonable estimate. Marty called to confirm the appointment, was on time, very respectful and clean. If we have future plumbing issues, Marty will be our first call.
Description of Work: Replaced sump pump and check valve, assessed outside pipe to be sure it was clear.

+ -1 moreMarty showed up on time and carefully reviewed what was needed to complete the job. He completed work over two days with minimal drywalling needed after the fact. He did have to come back to repair a pipe that was known to be loose prior to the completion of the job. Unfortunately the pipe in question was critical for drainage with the new install and contributed to a leak when the system recharged. He came back and fixed it free of charge.
Description of Work: Monster plumbing bid $3500 to install a water softener. Marty did it for less than half and completed the work promptly.

+ -1 moreThe company owner came to my house to give me an estimate on some plumbing work. He arrived 10 minutes late. We went over all the work I needed him to do, and he said he would send me an estimate by e-mail, but he never followed through. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I went with him based on his low bid ($250 compared to the other $300- $450 bids, his availability and the good reports on Angie's List. He was very friendly. He got right to work. He explained how to use the tap he installed. He was very much a great choice.
Description of Work: Installed a tap into my water service line for a sprinkler system.

Description of Work: I had water streaming from my upstairs shower into the sunroom below. Marty did a few simple tests and determined that where the shower head came out from behind the tile was loose. He tightened it and solved the problem.

+ -1 moreMARTY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND WORKED WITH ME TO KEEP EXPENSES TO A MINIMUM. HIS FINAL PRICE WAS RIGHT IN LINE WITH HIS ESTIMATE AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE FAUCET SINCE HE FIXED IT!
Description of Work: WE HAD A PIPE BURST IN OUR BASEMENT. THE PIPE TO THE OUTDOOR FAUCET HAD CRACKED AND WATER WAS DRAINING DOWN THE WALL AND ACROSS THE CARPETED BEDROOM IN THE BASEMENT. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO MARTY AND HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE OF WHAT THE REPAIR WOULD COST AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO FIX THINGS. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND CAREFULLY AND WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO MAKE THE REPAIR WITHOUT CUTTING A HOLE IN THE WALL.
