 + -1 moreIn the past he has been fairly responsive when I called and came in a timely manner. I called in October of 2010 for a furnace and a/c check. Never heard from him. Called spring of 2011 several times. For two months tried to connect for an appointment. No answer until my husband called him. He keeps putting off setting an appointment. Have decided to use a contractor who will actually make an appointment and show up.
Description of Work: He inspected and cleaned the a/c unit. He said it was in good condition. When he worked on the furnace he made the repairs and it was working fine. Two of the dates he came were 1/17/2008 and 8/3/2007. There are a couple of others but don't have the papers.

 + -1 moreBob is the owner. He does cleaning, tune ups, evaluation. His specialty is furnaces. He is reliable, dependable and a fair price.
Description of Work: He took our furnace apart and cleaned it. We were having problems with the pilot light turning off, it was all clogged.
