+ -1 moreI called to get an estimate to have my bathroom floor tiled. I spoke with one of the tilers (I cannot remember his name) and made an appointment for him to come by to give an estimate. He did not show up for the appointment. I called back the next day and he apologized and said somehow I did not get put on the schedule--again, he was sorry. We made another appointment for a couple of days later at 4pm. Guess what? No show again. I called multiple times--no answer. I left a message on their machine and never received a call back. I made special arrangements to be home for BOTH of those appointments. Reliability is a reflection of overall quality and satisfaction. I DO NOT recommend Turtle Tile for these reasons.
