This moving experience felt so personalized. The movers took the time to get to know me and understand what was important to me. They asked about which items needed extra care and made sure they were packed and moved accordingly. They helped me set up my new place exactly the way I wanted it.

Transport America is extremely professional, efficient and on time. The job we hired them for was no easy task and they managed to complete the job in just part of a day. The team that came to help us out never was idle and checked with me periodically and before they left made sure the job was complete to our satisfaction.

I needed help for a last minute heavy item move and Peter and the team were delightful. The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond. We heard about Transport America from a friend. We got a bid for a move and it was very fair pricing. We decided to go a different direction and Transport America was still able to send me 4 movers to load me up. Great job!

I can't say enough good things about Transport America! They were extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. Everything went exactly as planned. They were the most affordable and the fact that everything made it without a scratch I would never hesitate to recommend them to anybody that needs quality service at a reasonable price.

My move is not complete after 10 weeks of waiting. Customer service has done nothing to proactively solve the problems, or ease my stress. A partial load was delivered two days ago and no one can tell me where the rest of my belongings are. I hired Transport America Moving 3 months before my move, giving them plenty of time to coordinate. The sales team assured me they were not brokers, then a contracted driver showed up to take my load. Over the course of 10 weeks, I was promised multiple times that the truck was on the way. I was told at least 3 times that the truck broke down. Each time, I had to reach out when expectations were not met. The move has exceeded the number of days allowed on the contract, and I am still powerless to get anything fixed. I am missing valuable items and sentimental items. I would not reccomend this company to anyone. Really wish I had moved it all myself.

These guys were great and easily the best movers I've ever used. The quote was reasonable and the final bill was even better as it was lower than I expected. They move my furniture with great care into apartment, they arrived at the apartment early, they were equally diligent placing the items. They asked along the way for confirmation on the placements and gave us a chance to modify as needed. Transport America Moving is the best!

Transport America provided expertise and value for a recent move of my mom from assisted living. These guys went out of their way to make a difficult day as easy as possible. They did it with a smile and in the rain! Great service and value. Hands down, these guys are the best moving experience we have ever had.

Great experience with Transport America When we arrived at our destination, we had other movers unpack the truck, and they were amazed at not only that they used the whole truck, but the great job they did packing it! They had a positive attitude and were great about moving things around to where I wanted them. If I move in the future - this is who I'm calling. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know (and have started!).

I was given short notice that I had to move sister out of an assisted living facility. I contacted Jason on a Tuesday and he was able to help me out on Thursday. They arrived, wrapped the furniture and had everything in the moving van in no time flat. They unloaded and were on their way. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Transport America Moving Services. Very safe and wore masks the whole time.

Our move was seamless. We really appreciated all the hard work everyone put in to make our move successful. Also, our move coordinator/estimator did a virtual walk through to provide us with a quote. Overall, I cannot recommend using this company enough. If we ever need to move again, I know who we will be contacting. Thanks again all!

Evan and Alice moved a really heavy sideboard from the main level to the lower level and did it fast and easily. I know this was a tough price of furniture to move because my other movers could not get it down the stairs. But these guys could! Fantastic experience from start to finish!

Super punctual, organized and go the extra mile. Apart from affordable prices. Workers are humble and honorable. Our move was difficult but they always looked for a solution. I will always do business with this company.

I wish the reviews were accurate! This was the absolute WORST moving experience I have ever had. I was firmly told by several team members that my move, from CO to PA, was on a regular route and would take at most 3 weeks. The customer service rep even literally said, I can tell you are hesitant about this during our initial call, then aggressively focused on how this company charged less per pound than competitors to try to sway me. After pickup, I received zero communication for 3 weeks, and when I finally called I was told my things would be on the way any day now, admitting that my items had not even left the area. When I called back at the 5 week mark and asked about financial restitution due to the service I hired them for not being provided, they ~magically~ called me the following day to say my things would be coming in 6 days. Surprise, it was even longer due to a belt breaking on the delivery truck, which was operated by a separate contractor who did not seem to know how Transport America functioned. In all, it took 6 WEEKS for my things to arrive, and the contractor who delivered my things was also terrible -- they tried to get me to send my final payment to a random phone number I did not know (this was only resolved when I called TA directly and was insistent that I would only be paying the company I actually hired), offered me multiple random items that were NOT mine from the truck which were mixed in with my belongings which they said 'were probably from the last stop' (because they did not feel like actually returning them to their rightful owners?), and were going to forget 5 of my boxes until I checked a detailed inventory I had and insisted on looking into the truck myself to point out my items (at which time I witnessed them break someone else lamp). Nearly all of the plastic bins I moved with came broken and/or punctured, and a vintage stoneware trivet of my grandmother arrived shattered. Luckily, I moved as a single person with a 1BR, but I cannot fathom the thought of a family moving with this company, going without all of their possessions for 6 weeks, and then having many of their items arriving damaged. Please, do yourself a favor and hire another company.

I had to move from Denver to Broward county Florida on fairly short notice. Transport America was recommended by a friend.. The salesman I worked with Mark was great. He gave me a quote that stayed true to the end. With everything I've heard about the moving industry, I was afraid it would go up. I was thrilled when that didn't happen. The movers themselves were friendly and took care of my belongings. Jose made me feel at ease with him handling my valuables. All in all it was a great experience at a difficult time. I would highly recommend them.

Customer service for setting up the move was superb! (Thanks Michael from Littleton, CO!) Overall, the movers were on time, quick, respectful, and delivery was also very quick (next day across two states). They definitely made the moving process a lot easier and quicker than it would have been moving on our own. I would use them again!

Our service agent, Justin (out of Florida) was awesome. He answered all my questions and was always pleasant every time I called him and I called a lot. Thank you Justin. Our truck arrived to the final destination on a Sunday afternoon and Gerardo Vargas unpacked the truck and put every thing in storage neatly and he even helped us put boxes in our truck that we were taking to the house. Mr. Vargas was extremely polite, helpful and a joy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company!!!!
