+ -1 moreIt was frustrating to not have them show up, and it was upsetting that they didn't leave a not or a voice mail (the owner, at least, had my phone number) so that I had to call them. What kind of customer service is it to leave your customers in the lurch without the courtesy of letting them know? They are nice enough on the phone, and their prices seem reasonable. I just wish that they had basic customer courtesy skills. Be aware that you will need to have a very simple gate system or leave detailed instructions on opening your gate, and all openings are over 3 feet wide. If you do, then I bet they'll work out great.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come and mow my lawn on a Tuesday. I locked my dog in the house (which is not a fun event) and left for work. When I came home, they had not arrived. At 7pm, when it began to get dark, I called and left a message on their machine. I received a voicemail back at 9:30pm saying that a team was sent to my house but that they couldn't get the back gate open (there is a standard lock on the inside of the gate, easily accessible from the outside) and that their smallest equipment is 36'', and I didn't have access. My gate is six feet wide, so I'm not sure where they got that number. I do have a tree (which they wouldn't have seen from the gate), which would have made their equipment too big for the back. I had a lengthy conversation with the owner before scheduling an appointment, and he never mentioned this size restriction. So no work was done, and I still need my lawn mowed.

+ -1 moreTHEY COME EVERY WEEK AT THE SAME TIME TO MOW LAWN AND TRIM THE LAWN. THEY DO A NICE JOB. WE HAD THEM FOR 3 YEARS. WE GET BILLED ONCE A MONTH FOR $100.00. I SURE WOULD TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM.
Description of Work: I HAVE THEM COME ONCE A WEEK TO MOW LAWN, TRIM & BLOW GRASS OFF SIDEWALKS.
