This is a side job for both Tom and Eric, so you need to be flexible with their hours. The worked evenings and weekends, but were there when they said they would be. The price for their work was very competetive.
Description of Work: Tom and his partner Eric tiled the floors of two of our bathrooms and the shower inclosure and custom pan for our master bath.

Tom was professional and courteous from the start. He provided a bid in a timely manner and maintained good contact until the materials arrived, providing an additional bid for the installation of the heating elements to have the floor heated, as well as instructing my wife and I on what to look for when choosing the heating element as well as key details to vetting other installers. When the materials finally arrived, he provided accurate timing for his arrival and job completion time. When he encountered issues with drilling into the concrete he stayed late to keep the job on time. Despite having to put in extra time he did not request any additional funds. He set up tarps in our garage to keep everything clean and at the end of the job did a great job cleaning up any mess that might have been left behind. It was a pleasure talking to him each day about the progress and what to expect. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any flooring job!
Description of Work: Tom Edwards installed the heating element underneath the tile floor on a cement slab foundation. He also installed the ceramic tile, in a 3 tile pattern for our kitchen, bathroom, pantry, and laundry room. Approximately 430 square feet. My wife and I had removed the previous flooring prior to this job, in other words this job did not include the removal of the existing flooring.
