Tom is excellent and gives 110%. It was very difficult to find a home that matched our needs and finances and Tom never gave up and found us the perfect home in a desirable location. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and gave us excellent insight in areas we weren't knowledgeable about. And he sold our house quickly too! He really knows his stuff, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Fantastic!! Tom is an amazing realtor who always goes above and beyond to make sure the property and transaction makes the most sense for the buyer/seller and situation(s) involved. He thoroughly researches and provides sound advisement based on his finds. He does not look at your transaction as a quick and lucrative sale, but a long term investment for the client and the client/realtor relationship. He has tremendous product knowledge for any type of real estate across Colorado. Tom is very forthright in assessing all properties as sound or unsound investments based on his knowledge and experience. He is a pro in providing clear and comprehendible direction on any question that should arise throughout the process, and if he doesn't have the answer, he will find it and get back to you right away. Well, however the market inventory was EXTREMELY low and very few to choose from. The ones that were left were in very poor condition and overpriced. Tom went to extremes to help me find a suitable property within a very short timeline. He is honest and direct and will tell you when something is a good deal or you should run away. Tom understands all the hidden potential problems that could easily slip by any client. Things you would have never even considered. His experience, knowledge and above all honestly is refreshing! I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Tom is both knowledgeable and professional when it comes to real estate. He was always responsive to my questions and always available when I wanted to look at houses.
