Great, Terry did a great job! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Great service, punctual, professional. Took only 25 minutes to do the cleaning, and there was no mess afterward. Will definitely call Terry's Chimney when it's time to clean our chimney again.

Terry was very responsive and returned my call within an hour. He scheduled an appointment with me in less than 24 hours, showed up at my home perfectly on time. He installed a high-quality, nice looking chimney cap with a 6-year warranty at a fair price. He informed me how to get a resident raccoon out of my chimney without hurting the animal. We were able to cap it while the animal was gone before and before it had its babies in there.He was awesome and performed business as perfectly as could have been done. He was a pleasure to do business with, and he scores an A+ in my book. Thank you Terry.

He was very nice. He couldn't do what was needed due to lack of materials, but he was nice and seemed very professionl.

Better than expected

Terry inspected chimney and found it doesn't yet need cleaning. I would hire Terry for the cleaning when its needed but we have a heavy insert on our fireplace and we would need to remove it or have it removed before he cleaned it. I believe other companies will pull out inserts if there are two workers but Terry showed me how to pull it out ourselves and saved us more money by determining the chimney isn't that dirty yet anyway.

He did a good job.

I like this company and have worked with them for years. They are always on time, and fairly quick to schedule. They do not create any mess, and they do a great job. I also know that they will offer discounts if a large group of neighbors want to schedule at the same time.

The service man was a little late for the appointment, but called on his way to let us know. Once at my home, he was very quick and did a great job. I somewhat expected a little bit of a mess, but there was none.

TERRY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING THE CHIMNEY. AS IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE, HE HAD TO CLEAN FROM THE INSEAM. I WAS APPREHENSIVE, BUT THE JOB WAS DONE WITH NO MESSES.
