Eyes towards prevention are always high on our priorities. We remain strong with a constant upkeep with education on new products and procedures to keep us well informed. Owner has been in the trade business for over 20 years with an engineering degree to help give a higher degree of troubleshooting ability. The service of Temperature Needs LLC has been entrusted with keeping the heat running for one of the water districts.

Todd is the man! Our tenant complained that the furnace in the condo had stopped working on a very cold Saturday night, and needed help immediately. I found Temperature Needs here on Angie's List... Todd was my 4th call and first actual person to answer the phone... He helped me to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a flame sensor, and told me how to clean the sensor. This was a completely correct diagnosis and very easy fix. Todd did not charge me for this advice, but he could have. Todd's honesty has definitely earned my business for my future HVAC needs. Thank You Todd!

I needed to cool an addition to my house and came to the conclusion that a mini-split would be the best solution. I shopped around and was shocked at the quotes I was getting. One company wanted $7000 and several said they'd need 3 men to work all day! They all had different ideas about the size and placement of the unit (the room is very long and narrow). I was most impressed with Todd's ideas and pleasantly surprised when he said he'd do it for $2700. (For some reason, people are trying to get away with ridiculously high mark-ups on these mini-splits.) I am so grateful for Todd's fair pricing and excellent work. It appears that he's just a reasonable, decent guy. He takes pride in his work and really enjoys installing these wonderful machines. I recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Todd!
Description of Work: Todd installed a 24000 BTU Fujitsu mini-split--a super-quiet and efficient wall-mounted air conditioner (the quiet compressor sits outside). These machines are far superior to window and central air-conditioners. Todd did the work himself and it took him under 4 hours. He's very professional, well-spoken, and intelligent. The air conditioner works great and I'm so happy!

Todd showed up on time and was in uniform. What I noticed the most verse another company that gave me a bid, was Todd took more time trying to diagnose my AC problem. The other company didn't seem to have the high tech gadgets that ended up finding I had a bad circuit board.
Description of Work: Replaced a circuit board on an AC and saved me from replacing my whole unit. Another company just wanted to replace my AC that has decent life left in it.
