 + -1 moreI purchased the Big Deal on Angie's List. They came out to do a bid because we have more windows than the Big Deal covers, and we wanted them cleaned inside and out. The bid was reasonable, so we paid a little extra to have all the windows cleaned inside and out. Our house is on open space, so our windows get very dirty from the wind blowing the dust all the time. They showed up on time, cleaned all the windows quickly, and did a great job. When they were done, it looked like the windows didn't have glass in them. :-) They also cleaned the tracks. Excellent job; would hire them again.

 + -1 moreThe cleaners showed up at the scheduled time and cleaned 30 windows. This required them to use extension ladders to reach all the windows and they performed the task quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with their thoroughness and the quality of the work. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Windows on the second story at the back of my home were washed by Team Window. This was an Angie's List My Big Deal and allowed for up to 30 panes to be cleaned.

Description of Work: On May 16, I received a "Big Deal" offer through Angie's List for cleaning up to 15 standard sized windows for $79. I promptly called the company to schedule an appointment. I reached voice mail and left a message for Kimberly, who called me back not long after, telling me that they were heavily booked and could not give me an appointment until Monday, June 6th. That was fine with me, so I arranged my day to be at home when the work would be done. Nobody showed up. I called Kimberly's number about an hour after the scheduled appointment and got an answering machine, which informed me that she was not in the office on Mondays. I left a message asking her to call me back to reschedule. No response. On Wednesday, I called and got the answering machine again. I left another phone message and sent an email. No response. On Friday, I called and left a message saying that this was my third unanswered phone message and had also sent an email which they'd not responded to. I noted that I was a member of Angie's List and had seen their glowing reviews, so it would be too bad if they did not respond and I had to make a report of this incident, which I would have to do if there was no response from them. It is now six days later, and there has been NO RESPONSE.

Description of Work: I responded to the special for Team Window on Angie's List on their "Big Deal". The price was $79 and I'm immediately jumped at this deal because I had family coming in to visit and I wanted my home to be sparkeling clean. I bought the Big Deal within an hour of it becoming live. I immediately left a message for Team Window to see if I could get the scheduled date right away. I never heard back from anyone. I sent an email to Team Window three days later and finally got a response from Kimberly that she was sorry she never got my voice mail. She said they were now so swamped that she could not fit me in until the end of June. (this was middle of May) and I asked if there were any earlier dates. She replied that she could fit me in on June 8th at 4 pm because they were already going to be near my area on that day. I secured the appointment time. Well, I heard back yesterday (June 8th) that they could come today but that there would be an additional $20 trip charge because I was outside of the Denver Metro area and that Angie's List forgot to put that on the advertisement. If I didn't like that fee, then I could just request a refund from Angie's List. Sorry, but Kimberly never mentioned this $20 trip charge until they were about to come out to do the work and that increases the "deal" by 25%! I just got the impression that they would come out and charge me a bunch more than my anticipated amount and I also got the impression that they really didn't care about earning my business. I'm not impressed. I'm in the service industry for a living and I would be out of business really fast if I treated my customers this way!

They were pleasant to be around and very polite, which was important because they were here much of the day on the day after we moved in (and my nerves were frazzled). I asked them to do things in a certain order because of traumatized pets (from the recent move) and they gladly complied. Will use them once a year or so. Price was amazing... far lower than other bids.
Description of Work: Team Window cleaned all the windows, screens, and tracks in my new (old) home. There were a lot of windows and they were a variety of types.

They wore shoe covers while inside, and took pains to not disturb anything. Anything they had to move for access they replaced exactly as it was.

 + 0 moreMark and his crew arrived promptly, after a courtesy call to let me know how far away they were. They worked very quickly and quietly, keeping me informed as their work progressed. They were extremely professional, clean and courteous. Because of the design of my home's windows they are particularly hard to fit with any "standard" screen that you might buy at a home improvement store. The window design also makes it difficult to assess screen fit from the outside of the house. Mark and his team diligently checked the fit of each screen from the outside and inside of the house to insure proper fitting. They also demonstrated how to remove and re-insert the new screens properly. All in all, Team Window provided what I consider to be excellent service at an extremely good price. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Mark and his team custom made and then installed new replacement screens for my home's windows, all of which are an unusual style and size.
