I have used them for a long time. He is very professional and called us back immediately. He got the work done quickly when he said he would do it. I was surprised with the price he charged me. He was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Arrived promply, co-worker arrived just in time to assist with install of light on extra-high ceiling. Also solved a longstanding problem with a three-way switch. Great work, very professional and friendly.

Wonderful. Brian came out within a day or so of when I called, showed up on time, did all the work quickly and correctly, cleaned up after himself. The man is like the energizer bunny, going and going and going...

For a few weeks I the power to my office and bedroom outlets would work intermittently. I also had a three way switch that was not working correctly. I contacted Sundog Electric based on feedback on Angie's List. Brain showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem with the three way switch and replaced the switch. The power to my office and bedroom outlets were working which was harder for Brian to diagnose. He checked the outlets in question and checked to see if there were any loose wires. He also checked the circuit breaker. He noticed a few loose wires and said that one of those may have been culprit. The next day the power went out again so I called Brain back. This time started to isolate the all the outlets and light switches and started one by one checking the wiring. The power came back on again. He said it could be a faulty circuit breaker or a problem with the wiring in the house and said to call him if the power went out again and not to touch anything. Immediately after he left, the power went out again. I immediately called him and left a message. 10 minutes later he showed up at my front door. He was nice enough to turn around and come back. With the power off, he continued diagnosing the problem and found out that it was a light switch with two loose black wires. He showed me the culprits and repaired accordingly. After all the work he had done diagnosing the problem, I thought the price was very reasonable. I would consider using him again for future work when it comes time to do some work around the house.

This is the second time we've used them. They are good about calling before they come and giving you a ball park time of when they are going to be there. They do good work and they are easy to talk to. My husband is the one who found them, he has known electricians in the past. The fact that they didn't try to give me, the woman, the run around and up the price like I've seen with some made me feel better since I'm usually the one that's home and lets them in to take care of stuff.

They showed up on time for the estimate and on time for the work. They were prepared, and everything was completed on schedule. The outlet in the house and the heater in the master bath look and work great. They cleaned up everything.

Excellent!! Not only was the work done on time and precisely, this company goes out of its way to do the best job by the customer. We had the electric installed before the drywall was installed. After he was underway, Brian told me that the "right thing to do" was to finalize the outlets after the drywall was complete. Since I live in Castle Rock, this meant another long trip out for him, but he did it with no complaints and no charge. I asked for extra business cards so I could recommend SunDog to anyone who needs an electrician!

When I bought my house there was a three way switch that was improperly wired. I tried to fix it myself but found a lot of extra wires and other unexpected complications inside the boxes. I called Sundog's number and Brian answered, he was driving and I believe he pulled over to get my information. Later that same day he and his assistant/apprentice [a female!] came out and they didn't hassle me for trying to solve the wiring myself, instead they answered all of my questions and fixed the whole thing in less than an hour. I overheard Brian encouraging his assistant/apprentice and telling her how much more confident and quick she was becoming and I thought this was a great example of working for a quality employer.

Brian was professional and responsive from the start. He came out quickly after I called to obtain a quote, and resolved an unrelated minor electrical problem while he was here at no charge. His quote came in significantly lower than another company that I asked to bid for the job. Both companies had similarly excellent BBB and Angie's List ratings, so I scheduled Brian for the job based on the better price. This morning Brian and his assistant arrived right on time. They modified the outlets that were formerly controlled by the existing wall switches so that they would remain hot, ran wiring to the fan locations, mounted the fans, and installed new wall switches (the cost of which is included in the price we paid) to control the fan speed and light brightness. They even vaccumed the work area for me so as not to leave a mess. Everything was completed in about 3 hours, and I'm happy with the finished result.

Brian Sears, the owner, and his assistant arrived at my condo to install three light fixtures and including installing a new ceiling receptacle in a room that did not have one. And rewired the wall switch in that room so floor outlets were always hot and the new ceiling light was switched. Also evaluated some questions I had. Brian actually scheduled a specific appointment time rather than a 2 hour window that some tradesmen do. Since he was caught in traffic and therefore a few minutes late for the specific time, he called ahead to reconfirm. This is excellent customer service all around. Once onsite, Brian and his assistant completed my punch list in less than 90 minutes. Brian was on his phone 30-40 minutes of that time or they would be done even faster. Brian and his excellent assistant were both very professional and time efficient. (I do not recall her name.) I recommended Sundog Electric without any reservations.

He called me to inform me that he was running late and I really appreciated that. The job was done efficiently and there was no mess to have to clean up after. Really nice and fair team. Smaller company- I really liked that he gave the estimate and did the work as well. Would definitely use again and recommend him highly.

Overall, it worked great. The indoor outlets work and look great. The outdoor floodlights/motion detectors work great as well. The porch light switch and wiring is a bit ugly, but I don't think there are many options for this. The wiring in the garage is basic, but works fine for what I need. The ONLY issue we had was a light in the bathroom being remounted upside down after they took it off to run a wire to the outlet. I fixed this no problem. All in all, solid work at a price that was $200 less than both other bids.

Overall experience was fantastic. Brian always answered the phone or called me back very quickly. Estimate was quick and accurate. On the day of install, they showed up promptly and finished the job very quickly and everything looks extremely professional. He was also flexible in allowing me to add on anything that needed to be done at the time if needed. Will definitely hire Sundog again in the future and would recommend to anyone needing electrical work done.

On the day of the job, Brian and his assistant were on time and completed the wiring in less than a full day. The work was performed and everything worked as planned. They minimized any damage to the walls/ceiling and the holes they had to cut in order to feed the cables through the drywall were small and very clean. This allowed me to hire a handyman to patch the drywall with minimal additional cost. The only problem I encountered was with the subwoofer. Brian installed open ended wires. I purchased two wall RCA connector outlets to hook them up to the subwoofer and receiver. They worked but I did encounter a "humming" as I encountered some kind of interference that prevented a clean sound. I scheduled Brian to come out and troubleshoot. Brian soldered the open wires to the RCA connectors but the humming continued. After about an hour attempting to determine what was causing the problem, he determined it was caused by a lack of grounding from my receiver to my power conditioner. Once grounded, problem fixed. Everything is working great and I couldn't be more pleased with the manner that Brian and his assistant conducted themselves in helping make everything right. I should point out that the day they came back for a service call, they had to cancel another job as the call took longer than expected. the customer service is top notch! I've contracted with Sundog once before and they also did great work. I would highly recommend Brian and his company to anyone with electrical/home entertainment needs. Brian knows his stuff and goes the extra mile to make sure that the job is done right!

Near perfect. Do tell him where you want things, how you want them done, and expect to get advice from a very professional crew. Expect the best, because that's what you will get.

They did a great job. They were on time, they were professional, and they did everything that they said they would do and then some. My only complaint is that they didn?t leave the trim that was supposed to go around the can lights; I called them but they never dropped them off.

Sun dog is the BEST!!! We were told by 3 different electricians that we needed a new service put in because our 1950 house's electrical system was out dated. Brian from Sundog came out, took a look and told us we didn't need a new service, we just needed additional breakers put into our existing box. He taught us some simple rules about household electric and how to tell if/when a new service would ACTUALLY be needed. He saved us over $3000 by being an honest and helpful person. He was prompt, professional and taught us a lot about electric work. We have already referred Sundog Electric to 3 people and will definitely be using them again.

Very professional. I set up an appointment for a estimate. They called said they would be just a little late. Brian gave me a very detailed idea of the work involved and explained how they billed their time and what the parts would cost. The day of the work they were very courteous and efficient. When I later had a problem with a booster box they installed they pleasantly corrected the problem and refunded the cost of the part and the labor charges.

They were punctual, considerate, knowledgeable and clean. They were friendly and nice, and they charged a fair price. They did a wonderful job!

Brian and his team do superior work, are fast, clean and a great value. Will always call Sundog in the future.

Brian arrived exactly when he said he would. We reviewed what was to be done and he and his assistant just did the work. My home was left cleaner than when they started. Both Brian and Beth were very nice and best of all I don't have to worry about blowing a breakers and I can see at my desk.
