Overall Sundog did a fantastic job. Brian was very helpful start to finish. He spent the time to explain how and why he would do the work he was proposing when I got an estimate from him. I liked the design he proposed versus the other contractors from whom I received estimates. On the day the work was done he and his partner showed up on time and worked all day to make sure everything was completed by the end of the day. They were very professional the entire time as well as enjoyable to talk to. They didn't mind me poking my head around occasionally to see how their progress was coming or to even hang around a little toward the end of the day to watch them work some. It's been a few weeks since the work was done and everything they did has been working wonderfully. The only knock against Sundog was that during the service upgrade they did not put in the required second ground rod. However, when I informed Brian of this he was back at my house the next weekend to put it in the ground rod at no extra charge to me. Now the inspection has passed fully. I consider giving them an 'A' overall to mean they did the job with no deficiencies, so this is why I'm giving them a 'B'. But this was a very minor thing. Having said all of that, I'd call Sundog again in an instant to have any further electrical work done.

He was on time and dependable. He was very pleasant and courteous and his prices were reasonable. He did exactly what he said he’d do. I'd have him back in a minute!

The service call went very well and was done timely. The problem was diagnosed, explained and solved in a pleasant and courteous manner. The entire service call was performed efficiently and respectfully.

My husband was with them all day, and they were very thorough, patient, and communicated well with my husband during the project. They helped us save money rather than trying to sell us other services, and in fact they recommended waiting on some items until we remodeled each area of our home. Overall, they did what we asked and we were very pleased with the service.

He called and changed the appointment to an earlier time. They were very prompt, were extremely polite, and very competent. I felt that they had a very reasonable price, and did a great job.

I called Sundog and asked if they could replace two fixtures and a wall socket. He showed up on time. Checked out the fixtures and completely replaced all three items in about 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself including the packing material from the light fixtures. Everything looks great and works.

Showed up ontime, was professional and very competent and reasonable. Would use again.

Beeping smoke detector began Saturday PM in my mother's bedroom (beyond irritating overnight!) ; was concerned about finding someone available and reasonably priced to come out on short notice, a Sunday, and holiday weekend (Thanksgiving Day); joined and searched Angie's List for electrical handyman in the Denver metro area; selected a few to research further finding Sundog met my needs and preference to work with a company who had achieved Angie's Super Service Award; called/spoke with Brian Sears (owner) who quickly made time to come right over; arrived within 30 minutes of the phone call! Usually charges extra for Sundays but waved the charge for my (senior) mother; very courteous, professional, supportive/understanding, informative, prepared, efficient, clean; would HIGHLY recommend Brian/Sundog!

Brian and Beth arrived on time and set to work. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. All tasks were done very well. To ensure our ceiling fan was perfectly centered in the room, Beth had to run to the hardware store to look for a particular piece of hardware and found just the right solution. They went above and beyond what was expected and were a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely use them again.

Brian contacted me promptly after I contacted his office for an estimate. He was on time for the estimate. He and his assitant were on time the day we agreed on for the work to be performed. They were efficient and careful about not letting the pets out as they went in and out the back door. Their work looks good and functions as intended. Would have them back to do work again.

A client canceled on him (Brian) and he asked if he could come at an earlier date (which was appreciated). He came early that morning. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. Got finished earlier than expected. Everything was done perfectly. Cleaned up after himself. Very professional and will be calling soon to get more work done.

The referral that Brian gave was outstanding and the Brian deserves the credit for the positive end outcome since the electrician he referred had a defective listing on Angie's List that I could not access unless I went into the advanced search and tried 3-4 different ways to find the firm. The firm had an all A rating, and in the end and did an exceptional job at reasonable cost.

When I called to ask about my particular situation Brian let me know that they were about 3 weeks out and he gave me 2 referrals to other electricians. He gave me an estimate on what the job should cost and how long it should take. I thought all the time he took with me was incredibly nice - especially since he wasn't able to do the job himself. I will definitely call back if I need other work done.

Brian and his assistant Beth were on time, pleasant, efficient. and professional. When I called Sundog Electric to set up the appointment Brian actually answered his own phone and scheduled for the following week. They took only about an hour and charged for just the hour. They cleaned up beautifully and did some extra work that I hadn't requested for the same price. What a surprise and treat. Not that he needs the work, but I have and will continue to recommend Sundog to friends and family and will use him for all of my electrical work.

We called Sundog after seeing them on Angie's list and they called back the next day. I described the situation and they set up a time to come out. They were even a little early. The only mild complaint is that $65 seemed a bit high for a half hour's work.

Brian and his assistant are wonderful to work with. Always on time. Very efficient and performs all the work you request with pride. Because of the professionalism, they located and repaired a potential fire hazard! Would use Sundog Electric for every electrical need!

This report encompasses 3 jobs by Brian Sears and his assistant over a period of 7 months. On all occasions, they were prompt and did neat, efficient work. Brian's advice was helpful, and he seemed very knowledgeable. His charge was usually calculated on time and materials after the job was finished, and we believe this was less expensive than if he had given us a bid in advance. We will have no hesitation about calling him again for future work.

Overall, Beth and Brian did a fine job, good attention to detail.
