The technicians were FANTASTIC! The owner ever stopped by to introduce himself. They BY FAR exceeded our expectations and we didn't feel as though they were trying tp upsell us in any way. We will be using them as our go to Electricians moving forward. Their work was much better than another electrician we had used previously and at a fraction of the price. It is obvious Sundog Electric is a company built on referrals and reputations of work. I STRONGLY recommend them to any one that needs work completed.

Honestly, it was always 30 days out before he could meet up with me. He didn't ever try to get in touch with me either to see if he could schedule the time. I got busy as well.

Beth and Doc were punctual, polite, and equipped. The two were knowledgable and kept me informed throughout the day about any snags or limitations they hit with the projects and the exisiting electrical situation. They were also very courteous and professional. The work was great and the price was reasonable. Sorry that they don't take credit cards.

Service provider was prompt to contact me, but was unable to provider service until 1/3/2014 and I needed service prior to that date.

Perfect. Brian is so knowledable about everything electrical related. He even takes the time to answer my texts and emails on general electric questions that I have. He and his team do excellent work. I basically found my electrician for all and any future jobs that I need which is such a relief.

I contacted the provider via phone and left a voice mail as I had immediate electrical problems. The provider never returned my call.

They were really good, efficient, fast and on time. I had another electrician friend coming later and he looked at our bill and he said they were super reasonable. My friend said they did a very neat job and he thought the price was great.

Brian and his apprentice arrived on time and completed the electrical panel upgrade in a timely fashion. They took the time to ensure that there were no issues with the existing electrical and quickly resolved any issues without charging more for the work. Brian maintains a commitment to quality and a high level of professionalism that were greatly appreciated. The new panel looks great! I would hire him again for any future electrical work!

Brian and his team were punctual, courteous, fair, flexible & professional. They consulted first on all aspects of the job to establish expectations. They then ran into a problem with the quirky construction of my ceilings. They problem solved it quickly, had to spend extra time and do extra work, yet honored their original quote. The final product was excellent; the lighting aesthetics were beyond expectation. Finally, their jon clean-up was meticulous. Hire Sundog. Period.

I called on Brian on a Thursday and left a message, he returned my call a few minutes later and put me on the schedule first thing monday morning. He and is crew arrived Monday morning at 8:30, right on time. I had a junction box that melted while using my electric stove. He assessed the problem, explained why it happened, how he would fix it, and assured me that the cause was poor wiring and installation. Great crew, very nice and professional, and a very punctual team. It's good to know a quality electrician for the future.

Fast, efficient, friendly - simply awesome results and great people

The guys were absolutely fantastic. Showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up afterwards (including vacuuming, which I certainly wasn't expecting. They also asked if they could take old lights to donate to Habitat for Humanity, which I thought was just awesome.

I contacted Brian from Sundog via telephone to discuss my needs. Specifically, I needed a ceiling fixture electrical box installed in an already-finished home office located on the main floor of my home. After asking several clarifying questions, Brian explained exactly what work would need to be performed, provided a preliminary estimate of the total cost. Brian also provided information regarding that types of potential factors on-site that might complicate the effort and lead to a higher total cost. We scheduled the work to take place two weeks later based upon Brian's availability. Brian and his apprentice arrived on time. Brian conducted a quick site inspection and asked for confirmation on the exact location for placement of the ceiling fixture box. Brian and his apprentice then went to work cutting holes into the ceiling and wall to mount the fixture box and route the electrical wiring to the wall switch. Brian took care to avoid damaging finished trim and to place the to-be-repaired access holes in locations where repair and re-finishing work would be easy to perform. After installing the fixture box Brian explained the wiring scheme and capabilities of the newly-installed fixture box. I installed a new lighting fixture and verified the correct operation of the fixture box and wiring. In summary, I am very satisfied with the work performed and recommend Sundog Electric. I especially appreciate the quality of Brian's overall communication and expectation-setting, his professional demeanor, the quality of the work performed, and the reasonableness of the price paid for the work performed.

Not too thorough. They were out of here in less than half the time allotted, but it was a sale price.

They arrived on time, were thorough and quick, leaving enough time to fix an addition item, but staying within the one time frame that I had paid. The area was left clean as well. What more could you ask for ?
