It started with the first contact and scheduling - first, they always either answered the phone when called, or, returned calls right away. It was mentioned up front that they were booked out about a month. I booked anyway as I was willing to wait. A couple days later, Sundog called and we rescheduled to a much earlier date as he had a cancellation and was able to bring in the service date by 3 weeks! Excellent responsiveness and accommodating as we were originally hoping the work would get done as soon as possible. They arrived on-time and prepared for EVERYTHING based on the job described over the phone. Sundog was true to time estimate and cost. Job was complete as exactly specified and our home was left clean. I would most definitely recommend Sundog Electric to anyone looking for quality electric work at a very fair price.

The Sundog team gave us a very reasonable estimate and helped us figure out how to accomplish what we wanted and save money at the same time. Before beginning, they walked us through everything that the were going to do to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. As they did the job, they kept us informed of every issue that came up (as they always do when you are dealing with unseen spaces behind walls}. The job progressed very quickly and professionally. When they were finished, everything was perfect, and they cleaned up better than I would have done it myself.This was the best contractor team I have ever seen. If you have electrical work, and you want your expectations exceeded, hire these guys!

Two electricians arrived on time. They were careful to make sure the outlet would line up with the new stove where the plug would not prevent the stove from going all the way back. They were clean, professional and efficient. Definitely would use again.

Amazing!! I'd give them an A+ if possible! There were three electricians here to do two jobs. The work went quickly and efficiently, even though the microwave was a bit of a challenge. They cleaned up over and above what I expected them to do!!This was the second time I've used this company and have been equally pleased both times.

Brian was great, as he explained everything as he went and performed the work fast and clean. He had to run wires from one room to another, install a new electrical outlet, and install a new network outlet, and there was no mess or cleanup necessary after. He made sure to test the outlets to be sure everything was working, and had to re-wire some of the original wiring in the house which was not installed correctly by the builder. We now have a fully networked house, and Brian saved us from having to buy a network switch by using the existing modem. I would use Brian and Sundog again for any of our electrical needs.

Went great. I purchased their Ceiling Fan deal and they were in touch with me promptly. On the day of service, they were running ahead of schedule and came early. Service was fast and friendly. He did a great job of explaining what was being done. The fan looks great and runs quietly.

The crew arrived on time and were very professional, very clean, and the results were great. Price was outstanding- much cheaper than other comparative quotes received for the same work. Would definitely recommend and call again.

There are 2 people who came and did a fabulous job. They were clean, neat, organize, did what I wanted, look at other stuff, and it is really a great service. I had them do some extra stuff but it was reasonable and did not have a problem. I was nervous because I did not bring the chandelier with me. They had another roof to hang out a thousand tons to install up but they did not get it haunted because it was heavy. But they did get and put up right and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and done beautiful.

Doc and Beth showed up on time to install a light fixture in my hallway. They resolved an issue with adjacent rooms (bathroom and bedroom) losing power due to a failed installation while attempting to install the fixture on my own due to it having a junction box. Since I live in an older home, I also had them look at the wiring in the attic to determine if anything should be replaced. They assured me everything was deemed ok and safe. This gave me peace of mind to know this!

My experience was great. I have used them in the past and I love them! They trouble shoot the problems I was having and made some good suggestions on my electrical. They are very professional and on time for the appointment. Brian, the owner, is great to work with and he tried to find other things to do to utilize his time and to make sure I got my moneys worth. They are friendly, polite and professional. They do not sell anything you do not need. I plan using them again to do more work for me.

Everything turned out well. They were on time for the appointment and they cleaned up well after themselves. There were two technicians here doing the work and scheduling was good. It was one of positive things about the company.

These guys are great. On time. Very professional. Asked questions and made recommendations. Answered all of my questions. They worked hard and worked fast and completed a lot of work in a short period of time. I am very pleased with the work they did and how good they were to work with. They charge a reasonable rate and return phone messages within a reasonable time frame. I will bring them back for my next remodeling project.

I needed to replace my gas water heater with an electric and needed a new 240 line installed to my crawlspace. I previously had the line installed in anticipation of the job, and Sundog came out and finished hooking it up to the water heater once the tank was installed. Brian and the rest of his crew are friendly, professional, and do a good job at a great price.

The gentleman from Sundog Electric contacted us very promptly, and was extremely friendly and courteous. However, my husband and I can't make it work to have them come perform the electric services we need during the week (we were told their hours are 8:30-4:30 M-F) and we need to have an electrician who is available to come to our home on a Saturday, because of our work schedules. We didn't see the M-F hours only listed in the advertisement. They seem like a wonderful company, unfortunately, we can't use these coupons for that reason. We just can't take the time off of work during the week.

Brian and his team came and got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. Everyone was very professional and they took care in trying not get our carpet dirty. They did an excellent job and we are very happy!

The crew did exceptional work. The installation was done professionally and each segment of work was done very meticulously. I couldn't be more pleased with how fantastic this kitchen now looks. The electricians were on time, were extremely knowledgeable, and put together and hung each fixture at the proper height. I was also happy with the value of the work I got for my money. This company is great to work with and they do A+ quality work.
