Never showed up. I called and confirmed an estimate, then texted additional pictures. He responded and set up an estimate meeting. He texted me to validate the address about one hour before our appointment time. Then he never arrived. I hope he is ok, because he seemed responsive... At this point I took a half day off of work just to be stood up by this company.

It was so refreshing to have Jaime answer the phone right away and make an immediate appointment for the next morning. He showed up right on time and took care of system activation and replacing a bad head. I'll use him from now on.

I started using Jaime last year and have called him back this year. Even though we have struggled with a misbehaving valve, he has been patient and continues to seek the problems, finally choosing to replace the new valve. He has been cheerful, pursued numerous options including rebuilding the valve, and been prompt in responding back to me.

Jaime was on time, very pleasant, and discussed every step of the process with me as the project proceeded. He had most parts with him, sometimes using some that I had around.He did not have to run off to another project which is a nice surprise in this industry. I would have no problems engaging his services again when the opportunity arises.

He is professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of his work is good and I have been satisfied with his service.
