He had to remove part of the ceiling to access the plumbing underneath. The plumbing was stripped and needed to be replaced. He was fast, laid down a tarp so you couldn't even tell he'd sawed into the ceiling after he left, unless you look up! Very Happy. This is the second time we used Mark. He is very pleasant and professional.

Everything works fine, and they provided the service (and 2 trips) for the exact price quoted on the phone.

They responded very quickly, looked at the problem and resolved the problem. They charged me a very fair price.

Mark was a little late, but it wasn't a big deal. He was very courteous and professional. He also cleaned up after himself (cutting into the ceiling left dust on the floor). The leak was definitely repaired properly.

My toilet had a lazy flow. Gentleman told me that I needed a new toilet vs. what my friend found on the internet use a tool to open up flow under the rim. It is working fine. Quite frankly I felt this very professional gentleman was trying to take advantage of an "appearing older helpless window" since he left my toilet is perfect. Very disappointed that Angies list referred this less than reputable person to my home.

Efficient, speedy and clean. Could not have asked for better service. Scheduled work in afternoon and asked for next day service as no one could be home; he was there first thing next morning.

We bought a refrigerator over the weekend to be delivered Monday afternoon and the salesman informed us that the delivery crew would not hook up the ice maker to the old plastic line that went to our existing refrigerator. I got Southside Plumbing's name from Angie's List and called them first thing Monday morning. Mark said he would be out in an hour and he was. He installed the new line and removed the old. The work was clean, quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. I'll be calling next time I need pluming services.

Mark came out the same day as I called. He said that he would reach my home in an hour and a half and did not show up until 2 hours later. He got right to work. He thought that he had to order a part, so he left my house to go find this part, but was told it would not come in till a couple days later. He was able to somehow fix the leaking faucet himself. It then took him awhile to find the leaking part of the spout. He then had to run to Home Depot to get a spout, he also fixed the plug for the drain, which ended up costing a little more then expected, but was worth it. The gasket on the drain did not close properly after he left, so I called Mark the next day and he advised that he would get back to me later that day to say what time he would be able to come back out. I waited two days for a phone call and after no response, I then called him again. He apologized for not calling back and he came out the same day and fixed the plug on the drain so that it now holds the water in the tub.

Great. He had trouble finding our house, but once here, the job went smoothly. I had an original quote for the leak in the ceiling of $150-$175, and asked for additional work to be be done on some plumbing I had done that I knew was not to code. He quoted $30-$40 for that job. The total came to $215 (high side on both quotes) with a 10% off coupon from Angie's List. The total was $194. Mark was very professional, courteous and cleaned up the job site very well before leaving. The plumbing has no leaks and works fine. If it didn't he would have backed up his work.

It is always nice when a company comes out quickly and gets the work completed in a timely manner. They helped us a lot by doing just that. They are reasonably priced and very professional.

I was very impressed with the website, which prompted me to call Mark. I liked speaking with him directly and not an admininstrative person. I explained the situation, and he quoted me a price. He was at my house within 2 days of the phone call, got the work done professionally and efficiently at a very reasonable cost.
