The work on our garage drywall project was good. The bidding process was great. But, the first day they were suppose to show up at 8 am. They never showed that day and I had to call them at 4:30 pm. The never said they were sorry for not showing up all day. Just said they were having trouble finding hangers. They scheduled for two days later at 8:00 am. They didn't show up again. So, I called at 10:30 am and they were still having trouble finding a hanger for the job. But, pulled off another job and showed up at 1 pm to start our job. Again, the work was good, but the customer service was horrible.

Very easy to work with and reasonably priced. The finished work looks great!

These guys did an amazing job taping and texturing our already hung drywall for our basement finish. I love it so much I want them to come redo my whole house. They exceed my expectations by far!

The entire project was started on time and finished on time as promised. All of the workers on the project were professional, courteous, and informative. Greatly appreciate that there is a company such as South Valley Drywall that lives up to everything that they promise.

This project went really well has them establish a ceiling where there wasan exposed loft bedroom, and we were please with the price and the clean service without issues

There are some important reasons I'm giving these guys low marks. Most of what they did was actually good. The biggest problem is that, where I said I wanted drywall run over old plaster, the foreman went and just plastered over it. He insisted it would be fine. I now have ripples in the wall. Of course it didn't become obvious until I was living in the house and turning on the downlights above. It looks really bad. Unfortunately, since all the finishes are in place, it's also too late to re-do. The other problem is that they were sloppy in cutting around light switches, sockets, etc. Do not recommend.

really professional approach from the first contact. Their proposal included references, and insurance, plus a detailed description of the job. The crews arrived on time, and the work was spectacular, I am a Interior Designer and have seen some real crap out there, this project is for my own house, I am very pleased. I Never hire a company for my clients, if I have not seen the quality of their work. I am very pleased, this was a difficult job, 20' ceilings, it looks spectacular. E Frank

After having small issues with the timeliness of completing the drywall in my basement Garrett the owner of South Valley Drywall contacted me. I have to say that I was greatly impressed with his willingness to make things right. He came out to my house at my convenience to personally walk me through what can be fixed and how. I was impressed with the quality of work and at the completion of the entire project even more so. Garrett even managed to connect me with a contractor of theirs to do a little more work on my basement for a reduced rate. Customer service is a huge for me and they knocked it out of the park on that for me.
