SEPTIC MASTER LLC

Our RE agent contacted Debbie to do the pre-purchase septic inspection that was due Thursday night. She said she would come out on Wednesday. We waited at the house for her, but she did not show up. She actually was contacted by the well inspector (who knew her) and she said she was sick, but would come out later. The next morning she called to say she had been out at the house after we left and couldn't get the lower lids to open. So my husband went out and opened the lids, and left her a message that she could access the tank (she did not answer her phone). We were unable to contact her all day Thursday, despite leaving messages on her cell and her office phones. She did not respond even to text messages. Our deadline passed without an inspection. One phone call from her saying she was either unable or unwilling to make the inspection would have been so appreciated, and we would have been able to contract with another inspector in a timely manner. Three people left her messages all Wednesday afternoon and Thursday and she did not return any of the calls. Her previous Angie's List reports have been so positive. It is unfortunate that we had this experience with her (or more realistically, without her).

This company has been in business for a long time and we can see why. They didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, such as a new pump motor. When we asked about this, she actually said that the pumps are extremely strong and long lived and she wouldn't recommend replacing it at that time. We have recommended this company to several of our neighbors. They are top notch!

Very quick response. They knew we needed help and responded quickly. Determined the problem, which was not as serious as we thought, and fixed it immediately. Very professional; high quality.
