Looked great at first, but exposed areas starting bleaching out within 6 months. In fairness to the contractor he did refinish the decks at his expense in the summer of 2016. However, again within 6 months the exposed areas were bleached nearly white. When we contacted him about the failure of the stain in spring of 2017 he offered to redo it for $700 this year. We made an initial $4000 investment in the summer of 2015 with a statement from the contractor that we could expect at least 3 years from the finish. He thinks if the wood is not absorbing water that everything is fine. We feel we could expect it to be aesthetically pleasing for far more than a few months. I am pleased I can post pictures to this review as they will be worth far more than the words of my review.
