Sander and Sons was recommended for cabinets and counter tops by a friend. We called Sander and Sons and spoke with Julie Pero. We arranged some time on a Saturday and she came out to our home and spent some time getting to know us, and to get an idea of what we wanted with our remodel. Julie was great to work with and very thorough. Sanders and Sons have a lot of choices when it comes to cabinet lines, counter tops and hardware. They have it all. After we found our cabinets, hardware, and counter-tops. We ordered our cabinets and were told they would be three or more weeks. We had them within two weeks along with our hardware. Julie would write an email to see how things were going with remodel. After our cabinets were installed the fabricators ( don't remember their names) came out and measured for our counters. They were very professional and great to work with. They told us to fabricate our counter-tops could take two weeks, we had the counter tops within a week. The guys who installed the counter tops were very professional and did an excellent job installing the cabinets. We a had very good experience at Sander and Sons, and will return with future remodels. Julie is an outstanding member of their team. Thanks.

I did a lot of research of kitchen remodellers, including visiting many at the annual Denver Home Show. Sander and Sons showed a sincere interest in us and spent several hours with us before we even made a commitment to them. They were head and shoulders above the other companies we researched and spoke with. They have extensive experience in existing home remodelling, have an impressive photo library of many of their completed projects, and know how to treat their customers.We were teamed up with Julie and she was more than generous with her time and commitment to designing the kitchen we wanted as opposed to some other designers we have worked with in the past that seem to want us to like what they like. Julie visited our home several times to see our existing kitchen and helped us develop a plan that effectively used every square foot of our available space.We were very happy with Julie's initial design and we worked quickly and very effectively with her to modify the plan until we were thrilled with the final plans. She was upfront about the costs and the timelines involved and the project was completed on time and within our agreed upon price. Julie stayed in touch with us during the entire project and offered excellent advice to us in choosing cabinet features. Do to her great advice and planning, our cabinets effectively used our space and provided us some great features that we had not even known existed.All told, our kitchen remodel went seamlessly from start to finish.I did find that we were able to save a significant amount of money by handling the general contracting ourselves. Even though this required us to dedicate a lot of time and research to hire the necessary trade professionals, all of the people we hired were excellent in terms of the quality of their work and meeting our time requirements. I would recommend this approach to others who have the time and organizational skills in order to keep your project costs down.I highly recommend Sander and Sons to anyone wanting a quality remodel from an excellent company.

I called Sanders & Sons for a quote for HanStone counter tops. I knew the material, color, and color code. The job I needed performed would not use an entire slab--but I wanted to purchase an entire slab as I plan on refinishing a small bathroom. In addition to calling Sanders & Sons, I called several providers. However, Sanders & Sons was the ONLY company unwilling to provide a quote--and also to charge what the gentleman over the phone called a "Slab Fee." He explained to me that a slab fee was something they charge to all customers who do not use the entire slab. Sanders & Sons not only charge this fee--but they also keep the remainder of the product that is unused--and RESELL it themselves as remnants to other potential buyers. I explained to the gentleman that I wanted to purchase an entire slab, for full price and keep the remaining remnant that I purchased for a future product--they declined and said that counter tops are a dangerous item and a liability. So to summarize--and these prices are just hypothetical since they never would provide a quote: Say an entire slab cost $1,000 but you only want to use 1/2 of the slab. They charge you the full $1,000 and then an additional $400 slab fee THEN keep the remaining remnant/material to resell themselves for profit. Not a single other counter top provider that I called had this policy/charge. I told the gentleman that I would write a review about this policy and he was upset and said my review was "unfair." What is unfair is ripping off your clients. I would shop around for yourself and see that no other provider charges a slab fee--and then retains your product.

I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH BEFORE I COMMITTED TO SPENDING $4000.00 ON COUNTERTOPS. I WENT TO SEVERAL BUSINESSES AND RECEIVED MANY QUOTES. I CHOSE SANDERS AND SONS BECAUSE I BELIEVED IN THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE. THEY INSTALLED THE COUNTERTOPS CORRECTLY AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.
