I’ve been remiss in not providing a review sooner. ReNew Home Innovations did a complete bathroom remodel for us, including some interior construction work, and they did a Fantastic job. The job was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. Before deciding on ReNew we met with several companies/contractors - no one was able/willing to do all the things we were asking for (new shower, tub surround, countertops, sinks, toilet, moving electrical, replumbing tub drain/fixtures, walling off a door, creating a new door opening on another wall, and patching existing tile flooring). All of the other quotes we received were higher than ReNew’s, even though none of them included all the work we needed done. After signing the contract, they were very communicative, providing status updates throughout the design, ordering, and installation process. Of course, there were a few hiccups with the job - this was likely given its size/scope. But, they handled each one quickly and efficiently - and always to our satisfaction. While the work was being done the installers always arrived when they said they would and they completed the work on schedule. We absolutely love our new bathroom - especially the much larger shower. Overall, we were very happy with ReNew Home Innovations and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Everyone in the company was amazing to work with! Kaylee, Justyn, Ryan D. and Roman and Tony were all so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the project went smoothly. Ann made the financing process seamless. I am so glad we chose ReNew after shopping around. My biggest issue after the project was complete was that I was on the verge of being late to work because I didn’t want to get out of the shower in the morning!

DO NOT HIRE RENEW! WARNING! Please heed all of the negative reviews. Almost every step of the way was an issue. They promise the world to you but there is a MASSIVE disconnect from what the salesperson actually sells you and the work being done. Multiple things fell to the wayside. Their communication is aboslutely atrocious. I paid over $30K to have my bathroom gutted and redone. It was a lot, but I thought I was getting a top-end company. Not only did they sub the work out when I EXPLICITLY asked for this to be kept in-house, but there were a number of issues along the way and absolutely terrible communication. It was dependent on me to continuously follow-up daily or I would not get a response. It took twice as long for the project to be completed and I still have tiles coming up off the floor, from the wall and BREAKING. I spoke to the owner about fixing this again this February 2022 (work completed in 2021) and said he would be over in a couple of weeks. I've followed up several times and still nothing. I'm finally writing this review after holding back because I am now beyond frustrated and hopefully can help persuade people to find another company.

Very well! Richard knew what he was doing! He ran in to a few problems. But he made it work and fixed it. He was GREAT. The company has been very good to work with!

Signed contract on 4-29-21. Due to previously scheduled work and delay in getting material work Did not begin until 8-3, all understandable. My wife is on oxygen 24/7 and can barely walk. I told her it would take me 2 weeks to do the bathroom and she said hire someone. On 8-3 Dave Tucker ? arrived to do the tearout and replace the drywall, floors and install new toilet, vanity etc. I am very satisifed with Dave's work. But the wrong wall cabinet was delivered, the mirror was cut to large for the available space and the sink and back splash were NOT delivered. Had to wait a day or so for someone to measure the vanity then wait over a week for the sink and top to be made. Sink arrives, it will not fit into vanity. Wait again for someone to come in and cut the vanity cabinet to fit the sink. after a delay we did receive the correct mirror and an acceptable cabinet. The actual work took from 8-3 to 9-3 for a small bathroom for a supposed to be a two day project, cost over $8K and I could have done myself in two weeks. All the while getting up at night and assisting my wife to the hall bathroom.

I should have listed to Barbra Taylor review ( 7 months earlier) what she stated was the TRUTH.I signed a contract to have my kitchen and bathrooms updated. The salesman told me that they would call every week with an update. I never did receive a call. I finally got a start date they didn't show up I had to call them. They started late. The only time I heard from them was to collect the money. They changes the payment terms but I paid as per the contract. I did hear from them when it was time to pay. Once my job started getting near the end they pulled he workmen they dragged the work out. I started in January and as of JULY they still haven't finished. Because I upset with them THEY NO LONGER REURN MY CALLS,TEXT OR E MAILS. I have spoken to the owner Nick and PM Ryan when they were responding to me they would ALL ways say I will call you back and never due. I would like for them to finish they job. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN AS TO HOW LONG THE JOB IS TAKING THEY IGNORE YOU. I would like for my punch list to completed. Just like I owed up to the contract I want them to as well. DIGUSTED

We are at the end of week 10 of a 5 day project. Company made a lot of promises and most were not kept. We spent many days waiting for promised services and no one showed up or contacted us. Company virtually non-responsive to our inquiries. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted.

I hired this company because of the recommendation by Angie's List. Actually someone from Angie's list called me and recommended this company because they had a "5 star" rating. We agreed to pay $30,000 for this remodel because we wanted the room gutted and we believed that we were getting a company who was "a 5 star" company. Everything that could go wrong did. The only good thing is the work that was done by Baca Construction and they did a great job. Renew Home Innovations has very serious communication problems. The salesman told us the job wouldn't start for 8-10 weeks but would keep us up to date on the status...didn't happen. When we were going out of town we called four times to let them know...never received a call back. The day we were leaving they called and said the job would start the next day....REALLY!! The day after we returned the men from Baca Construction arrived to start the job. Their instructions were different then what we had in our contract. They believed the job could be finished in 3 days, it took 10. Renew was given 50% up front to purchase the parts for the job. The special ordered shower pan was the wrong size, we got different excuses as to why the vanity hadn't been delivered, various other parts were missing. The counter top was cut wrong and that contractor decided to replace it with a kitchen countertop, which was thicker, and that meant the wall plug had to be relocated. The sink is the wrong color. While there was some justification for using the sink that was installed they never contacted us to get our agreement for the change. The countertop contractor only drilled one hole for the faucet fixture, unfortunately the fixture needed three holes. If it wasn't for Baca Construction we would be heading for court today. I would hire Baca Construction with no hesitation but I will never use Renew or Angie's list again. I feel really stupid that I didn't do more research about either of these companies.

Renew Home Innovations Rating • On October 12, 2018, we contracted for a Kohler shower stall and were told that installations were being scheduled 8 weeks out. • 3 months later we learned that our installation was not scheduled until January 23. • After the installation was done initially January 28/29, we reported a defect which was not corrected until twenty days later. • On multiple days, the installer did not come as scheduled. We were highly stressed and inconvenienced by the fact that a two day job took 4 months to complete. Nick rarely if ever called/emailed me to let me know the current or changing status: I had to contact him repeatedly. Despite these frustrations, we are quite pleased with the final product.
