Very professionally run company. On time throughout the whole process, very educational experience during the estimating and design process, and exceptional quality in their products. Christian, their designer, was a pleasure to work with and made the process smooth and easy for me. I would highly recommend this company to remodel your bathroom or shower space.

ReNew kept pushing back their start date to where they were not leaving me time to do my part of the remodel. Once I filed a BBB complaint and a Credit card dispute, Nick the manager became very belligerent and used profanity over the phone with me.

They only installed a shower door for me. The door was only a $600 Kohler you can buy at Lowes. And they charged me $1900 for it and to install. I was under the impression the shower door was less standard for the price. After paying all that money they left a mess in my bathroom for me to clean up and the packaging from the door they purchased at Lowe s for me to dispose of. Taking advantage of your community on pricing is despicable.

Have been waiting for knobs for the shower door for over 2 weeks while I was told it would be 2 days. So it is incomplete still after making several calls. They are quick to take your money but slack in getting things done. However, the two gents who did the actual labor were hard working, organized, and did a quality job. Seems that it is management where things are lacking...

This was our second time with ReNew and Dave as the installer and everything went smoothly. Everything we expected was completed as written up and there were no surprises.

Over all a good experience, sales person strong armed us a little and would t take no for an answer when we asked to be able to shop other companies. Resulted in about a 500$ lower cost. Project manager was overwhelmed and was terrible at communicating, we often talked with the office people. Due to this lack of communication start of project was delayed and we were called about the delay the day our project was due to start 30minutes after. The installer is really what saved the project. Alex was the best part of this whole experience. As long as he is still with the company Iâ ll be working with them again. Over all happy with timeline and project.

ReNew Home Innovations did a great job renovating my bathrooms and kitchen. They listened to what I wanted and walked me though selecting the materials in the sales process. The installer did an incredible job making sure everything matched and exceeded my expectations. I did struggle communicating with the office in the time period between signing my contract and getting the project started, but overall I am very happy with the final results!

They did a great job and in a short time. Everything was as specified. The carpenter worked like Bh hours to get it done. And the clean up was amazing. I would highly recommend them.

I dreamed up a very custom bathroom remodel and in the end Renew got the job done. Sales quoted that it would be a 2-week job, however the installer said itâ s a minimum 3.5 week job, so Sales needs to be more accurate in quoting how long a job takes. In the end it was more like 4-5 weeks. We had an issue with the shower pan, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, the PM let us know that Encompass couldnâ t do what we originally planned for. We made a Plan B, but we lost time and it extended the project timeline. I feel like a PM should have stayed ontop of the pan delivery and we should have known sooner that a Plan B was needed. We ran into a permitting issue with the dumpster, but in the end Renew got the permit sorted. The installer was clean and meticulous, he gets an A+. A new guy was brought in to help speed up the project but he ended up creating an issue with plumbing that required patching. I wasnâ t happy about that, but in the end Renew made it right. The installer, plumber, and glass company that Renew hired were excellent professionals.

I have a beautiful new bathroom, the bathroom of my dreams! I will certainly be using them again for my next bathroom project, which they already have whetted my appetite for. There were only a couple snafoo's with the caulking, which they fixed immediately, and in the end I was very satisfied! Kudo's to ReNew Home Innovations for a wonderful install!

Hired for a complete master bath remodel. Enjoyed the whole experience and love the products used. One area of improvement is having the installer and the PM really understand the product and how to install them for a unique situation. We wanted the stone panel to transition from shower to tub surround as seamlessly as possible. Once they started, we realized they needed to go around a wall corner they could not take out (we were hoping to make wall flush). The completed corner is not as seamless as I would have liked it and we could have made a better call if everyone knew the best way to treat the product. Overall though, we love the master bath!

The installer did a really good job. Couple of my complaints are with the Sales person setting the right expectations and the overall project management experience. Initially the Sales person said that the county permitting process will be taken care of by them. However, later the project manager said it is all on my own and I ended up doing all of that. The project also had a few scheduling, licensed plumber related and measurement related issues. Overall satisfied with the installation but sales and project management experience can be better.

I recently moved into my townhouse and the master bath was needing a major update. From the very start, the company has been transparent, consistent and informative. From the office staff to the project managers and their installers. Representation of the company was excellent and professional. Most importantly, the project outcome was beautiful! As a mortgage lending professional, I will most definitely be recommending Renew Home Innovations to my home buyers.

the timeline of my project was great. the project coordinator Claudia stayed in constant communication and updated me all throughout. Iâ m very pleased with the final outcome. My momâ s walk in tub looks great and we would definitely use renew home innovations for more upcoming work

Started project late and after several calls from me pushing for a date. The job entailed expanding a basement bathroom and adding a shower for approximately $25,000. Sadly, they wouldn't paint the bathrrom ( new walls) because it wasn't specifically mentioned in the contract.

Had a great experience with this company. We had extensive water damage, that had caused mold. After getting that all cleaned up, we needed two bathrooms totally remodeled. Ryan the project manager, the sales team and the worker John are all awesome. We had to wait a little bit for the materials because of Covid shipping times. But other than that, they were very flexible, responded to my calls, and got the job time in a timely manner. Everything was done as we wanted it, and now we have two new beautiful bathrooms. Definitely recommend!

Had to re-do the floor three times. Terrible communication all around. Would be happy with my old bathrooms at this point.

Almost no communication from this company regarding scheduling or status. Installation of the flooring and shower material was sloppy at best. Large gaps in the corners of the shower material were filled with silicone. Large gaps in the flooring around the door frames were filled with white caulk, When showering, the shower door leaks a substantial amount of water on the floor. Material changes were made without my prior knowledge or approval. Renew refuses to provide the cost breakdown for those changes. The project manager Ryan and president Nick were flippant and cavalier about my concerns. Nick was very condescending to me and refused to take my concerns seriously. He verbally promised to correct issues with installation and to date has failed to follow through. I would NEVER recommend this company!

Better communication with customer would be helpful.The installer was excellent,the customer service group could do better communicating status of job.

The guys that did the actual work on my house were awesome. Very professional and helpful. The work they did was beautiful! The owner of the company and his son are only concerned with money, not the customers. If it is not on the contract it does not happen. After paying thousands of dollars I was told I would have to buy my own closet doors and a TOILET because it was not on the contract! If it was not for the help of Ryan the project manager trying his best to fix problems I would have left a horrible review. If you use this company I would suggest that you write out exactly what you want to be done and what you will need in supplies. Do not sign the contract until you go over it with a fine-tooth comb! Do not let the salesman fast track you.

Bad customer service. Always had to call them for everything. They would show up without calling. Left trash like old toilets on our driveway for days. The project took way way longer than promised. Trying to deal with the owners was like pulling teeth. Simple things like a handheld shower fixture was sold to us by their salesman but was left out of the contract which was difficult to read by a layperson. He talked us into it since we had purchased glass shower doors said it would be easier to clean. But the contractor would not order that. I am totally positive we got way overcharged for the 3 bathrooms remodel. I do not recommend this contractor!!! Guess live and learn, buyer beware!
