Great company, Jaimie the Design person was very helpful and good at helping us pick out everything. There were a couple slow downs with the install because of mold but they did mention it may take longer if there were issues under our tile in the shower. Thanks Renew!

We have two gorgeous new bathrooms. Renew was very responsive during the sales process and once work started on the bathrooms. They were very difficult to get answers from when we were waiting for work to start. Work also took twice as long as projected during the sales process.

We are very happy with our new bathroom and hope we can have our other bathroom remodeled by ReNew Home in the near future.

The removal of the old fixtures, plumbing and installation of the new fixtures was done professionally. We love our new Kohler products!

I would like others to know that the 3-6 wk project time started March 22, 2019 and took 17.5 weeks to completion on August 2, 2019. My kitchen cabinets were mismeasured, my hardware was misordered twice, and it took 5 attempts to obtain & install the correct range hood. This company did not conduct quality inspections before delivering materials. The owner, Nick, was unprofessional and disrespectful. He was unwilling to take responsibility for most of the project errors. I caution anyone against contracting with him for a home improvement project.

Provides very informative and knowledgeable about the products and materials they have for the projects we plan to do, and with the good incentives they ve to offer we go ahead and do the projects with ReNewHome Innovations.

The salesman said anything we wanted to hear to get us to choose them. Either he was incorrect or the other people with the company did not know what they were talking about, but it appears we were lied to about certain things. For the amount of money we were charge, the finished product was terrible and required two additional visits by the contractor to fix issues. Our house was left extremely dirty and walls were damaged which required us to paint, although we were promised they took great care to prevent this. They fixed what we asked them to fix, but I still do not believe it was the caliber of craftsmanship equal to the amount of money charged. With the amount of hassle this project caused, we would not recommend this company.

Salesman caused problems from the start. The contract was written incorrectly. Verbal assurances by the sales rep and not in contract caused very bad relations between us and the company. Problems with original shoddy work were finally resolved. So unnecessary to have to fight to get back to square one!

We had a very bad experience. The customer service &; project management (which was why we hired a company like this) was horrible. The sales rep left the company before finalizing details with us & no one called to let us know. It took me two weeks to figure out she was gone. They started the project 2 months later than the contract stated, with no explanation. We were told it would be a two week project and it took 2 months. We had to keep calling to get them to start. The project manager never showed up or actually managed anything, and we had to keep calling to get status updates on materials and to let them know of any problems. Overall, we are extremely disappointed and would not recommend. They seem more interested in making money than taking care of clients.

We had a great experience working with Nick and his Renew Home Innovations team! Ryan Dennington came out to do the work and was incredibly professional, skilled, kind, and wonderful to have around (we have two small kids who looked forward to seeing him every day). Our bathroom remodel was not simple but Ryan did excellent work and kept to the timeline they promised, which was amazing. We absolutely love our new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects!
