I couldn't be more pleased. The technician actually arrived early and got right to work. The inspection was very thorough and clearly outlined in a report that I was shown before the technician left, and e-mailed to me later. The technician didn't try to sell me on any dubious repairs, and took to time to answer questions I had regarding the current state of furnace and air conditioning systems. Would definitely their services again for my air conditioning and heating system needs.

Awesome! They came out after I had been told I needed my furnace replaced by another company. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part on their truck.

I could not be more pleased with our experience with Rob and his crew at Quality West. When Rob did the estimate I could tell how passionate he was about his company and the work he does. He talked through all of our options and made me feel very confident that I would be getting a top notch system. They were on time, professional, and friendly to work with. The job came out beautifully, it is a piece of functional engineering art that I admire every time I walk past it (check out the picture). They cleaned up really well, could barely tell that they were there which is amazing considering how much dirty work was done. Rob was very diligent about communicating everything that was going on, including when they would arrive and leave each day. His enthusiasm for the project rubbed off and I felt excited about the work that was being done, it could not have been any easier on us. I have full confidence that Rob will stand by his work and provide excellent customer service in the future if needed. We will be using Quality West for our annual or emergency maintenance going forward. I just don't think it can get any better than this, it was easily the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.

Beware of this company's lack of integrity, craftsmanship, service and especially of their warranty claims! In March 2013 the owner Rob Fling installed a new boiler and indirect water heater at my house. The proposal indicated 10 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor. The new boiler was pretty noisy and water was dripping on the floor from a discharge pipe. He had to come back numerous times and finally gave up, saying "it's normal" and stopped returning calls for service. Fast forward 3.5 years later, the boiler stopped working and there was no hot water in the heating and plumbing pipes. I called Quality West and and scheduled an appointment. Pete, the technician came out on Friday morning. He said 2 parts need to be replaced, charged me $99 for diagnostics, gave me $1,700 estimate to replace those 2 parts. It seemed outrageous to pay 1/4th of the cost of this " state of the art equipment" according to owner Rob to replace 2 parts after only 3.5 years of installation. When I mentioned the 10 year warranty on parts, he said he'll need to check on it and will call me back. He left the boiler cover plate and screws on the floor. I didn't hear back from him that day. Around 4 pm Josh from the office called me as he "just realized nobody got back to me", and said I don't have 10 year warranty on parts, and that boilers never have more than 1 year warranty, and I should have known that, and that Rheem doesn't even make boilers (boiler manual says Raypak, a Rheem company), and that I shouldn't have missed my last year tune up and basically it's all my fault, that now I have a non working boiler! After a lot of arguing over warranty, he said he is off work now and was basically done with me. Here I was on Friday afternoon with no hot water for the weekend and nowhere to turn. I googled the parts that need to be replaced, and the cost for each seems to be about $100 each. I am still without hot water and trying to figure out what to do. I am in shock and disbelief on how this company treated me! And BTW, I have been unable to find their registered business licence on DORA and there isn't any physical address either.

These guys will remember my place for a long, long time. This was the **** job. Original homeowner was a very bad DIY type. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, often spectacularly. They even sent an extra guy knowing it was going to be bad. The Quality West crew did a terrific job and worked long hours on our job. (in a 4' crawlspace, in the sand, with no room, moving heavy stuff). After inspection needed some modifications, they came back, cleaned up, got it approved, then applied for our rebate from Xcel and got it to us once they had the inspection#. Thanks for everything and I'm sorry about the blood and tears you left in my crawlspace.

Last year our A/C stopped cooling. We had another HVAC company come to look; they said we had a refrigerant leak and it would be around $600 to repair. Since it was close to the end of the season, we decided to put it off. This spring, I saw an Angie's list coupon for an A/C inspection for $99 (I think it was) with Quality West. I bought in and set up an appointment. I decided to tell them I just needed an inspection and not mention the other quote. The tech arrived, did his inspection cleanly and thoroughly, and said I needed more coolant. He told me (unprompted) that it looked to him that the system had never been properly charged since it was installed (we bought the house new 4 years ago). At that point I mentioned that it had always been a little "weak" and told him about the leak diagnosis. He told me in no way was there a leak, just an improper set-up. He promised me that once he recharged it, it would work better than it ever had for us. He was right. Anyone living in Denver knows that the summer of '16 has been incredibly hot and humid, yet not once has our A/C let us down. And it does work better than before and our electric bills are actually lower. Not only did he not try to up-sell, he actively discouraged the more expensive repair. The cost listed here includes the inspection coupon.

Impeccable service!! Rob and his crew (Zach and his brother... Sorry, can't remember his name!) were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. They left no mess whatsoever and explained the new furnace and thermostat to me. Rob even responded to a couple of phone calls after the installs when I had questions. (Turned out to be user error!). Would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Rather than service a 46 year old boiler, I decided to replace it with a new high-efficiency model. An indirect water heater (heated by a hot water coil from the boiler) seemed like a good addition to further increase efficiency. Quality West tied for the lowest bid, but I selected them because their reviews on Angieand acirc;??s List were consistently favorable. Quality West is a family business, and the owner, Rob, estimated the work and supervised it from beginning to end, doing most of the plumbing himself. Removal of the old units and installation of the new ones took 3 and frac12; days. The job included new zone valves, circulating pumps, thermostats, and a lot of re-plumbing. Rob always called to let us know when he would arrive, and he was always on time. He supplied us with space heaters until the new system was operational. The work crew did a thorough clean-up. The new system passed the city inspection without issues. Quality West provided the paperwork for the utility companyand acirc;??s rebate (Roband acirc;??s wife runs the office). So far, the system has operated without problems. Even though itand acirc;??s spring, we can document a decrease in our natural gas usage.

Rob Fling and his employee did an excellent job. I live outside the Denver metro area and had used two other heating companies in my area before finding Quality West. I was extremely dissatisfied with the work done by the two other companies. One missed a simple fix that could have avoided a later problem. I have a Crown boilder and found Quality West listed on the Crown website. Rob is very knowledgeable and professional. I will only use Quality West as my service provider in the future.

The office manager, Angela, is very responsive. Whenever I emailed her with a question, she responded within 24 hours, sometimes the same day if I contacted her early enough.For both the quote and installation, they phoned me ahead of their scheduled arrival time to let me know when they would arrive.Rob provided a complete quote, including details regarding the equipment. As I am an engineer, I found this very helpful. (To avoid sticker shock, here's an important fact. For water heaters, be advised that Quality West installs and quot;pro gradeand quot; units, which are more expensive than the models available at Home Depot. Rob can provide the comparison details. I think it's worth it, but you should form your own opinion.)The team of three men completed the entire installation in one day. Rob, the owner of the company, was one of the three and was on the job site the entire time except for one brief period.They were very conscious of maintaining a clean working environment. Tarps were placed over the carpet from the front door to the utility room where the furnace is located. Additional tarps were placed over the washer and dryer to protect those surfaces.The installation includes a WiFi-enabled thermostat.Bottom line:As the owner, Rob is very concerned with the reputation of his company. He personally ensures that your home is clean before he leaves, and he won't depart until you are completely satisfied with all of the work. If you want professional work performed by a nice guy and his team, you should give Quality West a try.

We were really happy to find Quality West, and had a wonderful experience getting our new AC installed. After getting 4 estimates, we felt most confident with them working in our house, and replacing our old air conditioner. Garen came to our house and provided a thorough inspection including all the proper measurements. This was the only company who did the size calculations for the estimate. They said the measurements are required to find the correct size for the AC system, and the other companies were just going to install the same size (5 Ton) that we currently have. The calculation showed this size was actually oversized for our house, and they installed a 4 Ton system, which will be more energy efficient. Garen explained the Xcel Energy rebates, and that they would do all the paperwork for our rebate. The day of the installation, the team arrived on time, and were very pleasant to work with. They put down plastic to protect my carpets, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I had many questions about operating the new thermostat, and they walked me through the whole set up and programming. My furnace is old also, and I will be replacing that before winter. I couldn't afford to do both right now, and they didn't give me any high pressure sales. I will absolutely be hiring Quality West to install our furnace when it is time.

It went well. They did have to add some coolant to the air conditioner so there was an additional cost. The service was good but I didn't get a copy of the invoice. I had to contact them two times to get a copy of the invoice because the service technician wasn't able to give me an invoice at the time. They did a great job on servicing but I just felt like I shouldn't have to contact them two times to get an invoice. It seemed like the coolant was a little expensive but I don't know what other people charge for it. I don't really have anything to weigh against it. They were on time. We scheduled and they showed up on time so that was very good. They did the job what I asked them. Like I said, I should have got a copy when they completed the work and I paid for it.

As a property manager I am always looking for a good product at a good price. Quality provided that, along with great service. Their people are responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. So far this year I have had Quality replace 3 furnaces and each job has had the same top service.

I called on Wednesday at 3:00 and requested a quote to get an air conditioner replaced. I emphasized that I wanted the work done as soon as possible, and that I wanted to get someone out to my house ASAP. The woman who I spoke to said she would get my request handled right away. Needless to say, I never received a call back from the company. After 24 hours passed, which I think is adequate time to return a call, I called the company back again. This was at 3:00 on Thursday. I expressed my frustration to a different woman who took my call, and again asked that someone call me back ASAP. Surprisingly, on one from the company responded. On Friday, I called specifically for the owner, Rob Fling, when the company opened in the morning. Several hours have now passed and I have not heard from him either. This company may have an A rating with Angie's List, but I guess this only applies to the select customers they choose to respond to. I wish I knew what the secret was to get a call back. Very frustrating.

Completed job as planned, priced well, a/c unit works well

Quality West was one of three bids I received for the project. Rob was punctual and detailed in his estimate. I also noted that he put covers on his shoes when entering the house to protect the floors, which is a respectful practice. His price was in between the other 2 bids, but he offered the most comprehensive options. Our current units were close to 20 years old, so we decided to go with the whole project, including a new humidifier, and wireless thermostat. Their 2 man crew were on time and very friendly. They put cloth runners on the wood floors and carpeted stairs to the basement for protection when walking in and out of the home. They worked hard, explained the work being done, answered questions, cleaned up, filled out rebate forms, requested that I inspect the work and clean up, and gave instructions on how to set up the thermostat. They were done in one day as they specified. Overall, great work done to spec, and to the budget agreed upon. I'm very happy with the decision to go with Quality West.

Quality West did a full removal and install of both the Furnace, and A/C unit. They also installed a new humidifier and wireless thermostat.

Person that answered my call took my info and said they would call me back the next day to schedule something as they were busy being it was the end of the month. Its now a month later and still no call back. Guess they arent interested in my business.

They were very professional during the quote, installation, and check up a month after the final install. Very helpful answering all my questions even after the final inspection. Brought out extra filters during the final inspection for the air filtration unit. Honest, hardworking, and very clean during and after the install.

They were timely, fast and very professional. A crew of 4-5 guys were here and explained the process thoroughly for me after I had a few questions and they even helped with my Xcel rebates.
