Don did a great job diagnosing the problem and had the AC working again in 2 hours. I called early morning and Rob had someone put within one hour. Also I had a sleeping newborn and was super quiet doing his work. Couldn't have been more thankful

I was very pleased with the service I got from Quality West. Don came first and explained various options we could pursue. He was willing to try and find the leak in my AC unit but having gotten 2 other estimates for the leak, I suggested we just replace the unit. Their prices were very reasonable and they installed a Rheem unit which is energy efficient but powerful. As an unexpected bonus, they got me $850 back in rebates from Xcel. I will most definitely hire them again. Just hope it's not too soon! ;-)

They cleaned my furnace. It took half an hour. My communication and interaction with the provider was fine. It was in a crawl space, so he couldn't have left it any dirtier that it was.

The dispatcher kept me in the loop, as the technician got hung up on another job. Recieved an email with a photo if the technician, which was nice. Don called me to let me know he was on his way, and showed up as promised. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and the system was checked and recharged. Don was very professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. Will definitely give these guys a call the best time something breaks.

Great! Don was really helpful and showed me what to do to maintain my A/C, and killed a bunch of wasps who made a nest in a nearby window. He also advised me on the refrigerant my A/C uses and changes coming in the next few years regarding that.

It has been over a month now and everything is running well with no issues. The person was really honest and explained everything. They showed me where the issues were. There was a circuit that was burning on the motherboard so I really liked that they showed me where the problem was and fixed it. They communicated well, letting me know they were running late because of the traffic so I appreciate that.

Rob & his team replaced our furnace & AC and added a whole house humidifier for us this week. We were very impressed with Rob and his level of service from the beginning with the estimation process and through the install and clean up. A few notes that made Quality West stand out above the other companies that quoted the job: - We really liked that Rob took the time to do a load calculation based on our house square footage and windows/exposure to properly size the equipment rather than just making a general guess. - Rob explained all the different options and features and steered us away from 'overkill' features, while giving us a couple options at different price points to fit our budget. - Rob did a much better job explaining how the blower, AC, humidifier and thermostat system with multiple temperature probes are integrated and what the benefits are for efficiency and comfort. - We also appreciated that he did not use any high pressure sales techniques - he earned our business with his knowledge and clear explanations, quality equipment, as well as extremely fair pricing based on multiple quotes. The entire install was completed in one day, the team arrived on time and went above and beyond to protect our house from any dirt/damage. They made a new pad for the AC unit to sit farther away from the house (to meet code) and they even installed a moisture sensor/alarm for the humidifier. Rob took the time to teach us how to program the thermostat and made recommendations on settings. All in all, we were very pleased with the installation and are already enjoying our new system - our house is much more comfortable and the unit is so quiet! We look forward to using Quality West for continued maintenance as well. Highly recommended!

The first week following the tune-up and replacement of the contactor panel was cooler outside so I did not notice that the air conditioner was not cranking on. The second week was hotter and I started noticing that my upstairs was unusually warm, and no air appeared to be moving. The beginning of the third week on Monday, I called Quality Heating to advise there was something wrong and was told a technician could not be scheduled for my home until Friday of that week. I was told by the man who was scheduling my appointment that the fix could be something as simple as resetting the breaker. I was told by the technician when he came out that Friday that his failure to reset the breaker was, in fact, the reason my air conditioner was not working. Once he'd made the repair, he failed to follow up to make sure everything was working properly. Thus I was without air conditioning for three weeks. Honestly, I would have expected the company to send someone out earlier than five days following my call to them that something was not right following the tune-up.

The technician was prompt and completed the service for a fair price.

Paid for an AC tune-up (via Angie's list), however the AC needed a few repairs. I have no qualms with paying to fix the repairs, however the tune-up became a diagnostic (more expensive) and then the diagnostic/tune-up was not completed.

Flawless, they were on time, polite, worked efficiently and didn't push extras.

It is long winded but believe me it is worth every minute reading it. Being in the fix and flip business the last word that pertains to this company is "Quality". Being in our business, we very foolishly took his advice, being misled into purchasing 7 air condition units. None the less, Rheem hand picks their installers of which maybe i was not fully aware of, So now this all makes sense as to why Robbie Fling promoted the sales of these units. In my defense, I did research and learned that they were the best of the mediocre. We were assured that the 'Quality" in their business title would be upheld. Supposedly Rheem, the manufacture of these units as well as Quality West HVAC have warranties. BEWARE!!! RHEEM more times than not, we have experienced do not honor it or back up the lack of quality of their product. My next review will be focusing on Rheem. They claim a 5 year warranty on parts and a 1 year warranty on installation. Then if they back up Quality West so much why is Quality only responsible for 60 days of warranty on their installation? On Quality's own website there is a disclaimer of release of liability statement in tiny little letters stating; "It is not uncommon for mechanical equipment to have multiple problems all at once." These are Rheems own words included in Quality West's website. It goes on and on; from personal experience Quality West and Rheem do not stand behind such warrantees. I found it interesting, that for a fee you can purchase a 10 year warranty option for these units. The warranty is only as good as the product. What does this say to the consumer spending thousands of dollars? Now to be fair to Quality West, because we bought 7 units, we at least got moderate "quality" customer service at the beginning. YES I WAS FOOLISH. There's that word again, quality. After spending upwards of $30,000 with these companies. I found NO Quality advice? NO Quality installations NO Quality customer service NO anything. AVOID Quality West, AVOID Rob Fling, AVOID Rheem! No one from Quality West, No ‘Rheem Pro Partners’, No nothing, pay the premium price, pay an annual service fee $150-$180 and MAYBE the pro partner will get you a warranty on your part, MAYBE… 5 years of annual service = $750 + an average of $1000 more for Rheem, so to have a warranty for 5 years it’s an additional $1750, American Standard is 5year, up to $1000 less for unit w/installation. If your man takes cash and does not support the documentation to Rheem, it’s all money in the wind. As a matter of fact the second to the last interaction we had with Robbie Fling, and Quality West, we had an a/c unit that would not work. The first answer that they ALWAYS HAVE IS "your unit needs replaced". Turns out the technician never checked the power source to the unit, breaker was on, disconnect was off, no wiring, just the standard power cut between the breaker and the unit. Upon complaint, our second one of similar, ‘replace it, it’s bad’, unbelievably, Robbie Fling, the owner, returned to this house, after my husband addressed the power his technician ‘overlooked’, did he??? The unit was only in need of a standard maintenance a small quantity of coolant (I requested as it is part of the maintenance charge, unit didn’t have to have it). Are you kidding me? Talk about embarrassment. Talk about uneducated technicians and the training they must receive from Quality West Air Conditioning. This last event is the killer, it explains why you shouldn’t trust this company , Rheem Pro Partners, I will say Rheem as well, but the part never even gets to them. Rob didn’t respond to a text to his personal cell phone, yes we have that because we are that level of client, for 3 hours. ‘We have an issue with the AC at our Lakewood home’. Reply ‘Can’t help you dude! Call Rheemteam at 3033771930. We did, they are the parts distributor for their contractors. What a joke! No they couldn’t send anyone, this unit is 3 years young, within 3 weeks of exactly 3 years. This is backing your install, this is backing your Rheem product? I called 2 more ‘Pro Partners’ nobody came. I have installed an American Standard, it wa s $800 less than this so-called deal for a contractor, Rob, your techs and QWS can take this review to heart, I hope it makes you think about QWS and Rheem, deterring you to a more savvy decisison. That is the last time Mr. Fling responded to any of our phone calls, messages, or texts. Now we are left to deal with dissatisfied customers, of which is our priority, not to mention our own rental properties in Colorado. Our customers are our backbone and we are offended by the conduct of this company who make people so leery to hire some of contractors. Absolutely no pride in their work or compassion for their customers, I am embarrassed for them. Real professional Robbie Fling! Go hide in your garage, maybe this will all go away.

It was good. There was a couple of other charges because we had more air ducts than the original coupon we got.

Technician was on time, very courteous, and provided several additional recommendations to make the A/C unit operate more efficiently.

Extremely well. Contractor was very informative and took the time to listen and understand my requirements. I was never pressured to purchase appliances beyond my stated needs. Installation was on schedule and very professional. Contractor payed attention to all of the details and installation was great.

Rob called to say he was on his way and would arrive by 9:30. He arrived five minutes early and began diagnostics of the forced air unit in the basement and then the A/C unit outside. He had about 5 extra filters for the force air unit that he left me free of charge. He explained everything as he went along in the service call. I would definitely use them again.
