GREAT! Furnace was not firing. Technician replaced the igniter, cleaned and serviced the unit for about $300.00. Prompt and very thorough service. Would definitely call again.

It went well. Unfortunately, the guy told me I will be needing a new furnace before long, but I believe it will last longer and function better now that I got it well cleaned.

I found a deal on Angie's List for $39 for a Furnace Tune-Up. It asked me to put my zip code before purchasing it and I have successfully purchased the deal. Apparently, the company said they do not service my area anymore even though I have used them before.

Rob came out to tune up our furnace and check the cause of the unit being less than reliable. He made a special stop knowing our unit was having issues, was able to identify the problem right away, was professional, and very easy to work with. Not only did he fix and tune the furnace but also tuned the attached whole home humidifier at no charge. I would certainly call them again.

I was happy with the service. They showed me how to use my new heater, things to watch out for, how to change the filter, and ensured it was ready to use for winter.

Mr. Berry came within the 2 hour window earlier established. He called at least a half hour in advance to give his ETA which he met very closely. He spent about a half hour checking the furnace and answering my questions. A list of points inspected was provided with recommendations of attention needed or not. This list was also emailed to me. Among other things he replaced the filter which was included. It was a tight space and I was doing a load of laundry in the same space at the same time. This did not seem to be a problem for him. Friendly and professional. He made no recommendations for work needed on my 14 year old Trane furnace but claimed that it could last me a few more years. Evidence, to me, of either honestly or already having plenty of other work to do (which is also an indication of a good reliable business)

They were very professional and discussed and showed me any areas of concern. I would consider them again for any HVAC work based on their first impression with the furnace check up.

The service provider was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work on our old boiler. He carefully checked to make sure the operation was safe and not emitting carbon monoxide. The cost for installation of a thermocouple was high but he showed me how to install it myself in the future.

Well, he found what I needed. And cleaned and checked the whole thing. He installed a new motor for me. Very nice gentleman.

great, knowledgeable & friendly tech and they were able to come out within 2 days of call. A bit pricey for a thermocouple call, but I used to do these myself on water heater so don't know what going rate is.

I bought the offer and when scheduling the day for it found out that the company did not work in my area. I wish they had posted that in their offer to avoid the hassle of having to get a refund.

Rob came to our home and, after inspecting our old furnace, sat down with us and explained his recommendations. Via I-Pad, he showed us three systems with a low-to-high price range and detailed the pros and cons of each. His estimate was in line with the price I had researched for the system we selected. With cold weather in the forecast, Rob was able to schedule installation with his crew in a timely manner. Installers Dave and Bob were courteous and professional. They placed floor coverings over our hardwood floors & carpet to protect them as they carried equipment in and discarded debris out and cleaned up afterwards. Upon completion of the job, Dave thoroughly explained operation of the new thermostat. Rob stopped by during the day to check the progress and again when the job was finished. We are pleased with the operation of our new furnace and the work of Quality West Heating & Cooling.

Don called prior to arrival which was within the time slot expected, performed services as expected and went over all checks performed on the system. All went as expected and service was friendly and professional.
