They were a little expensive and they kind of installed it the wrong way the first time but they did come back and redo it.

They were good. They were on the spot. They came when they said. They also checked our electric gas fireplace though I didn't make the appointment but they did since they were here. Overall experience was an A. I would use the service again in the future.

I bought one of Angie's big deal. I was happy with them. I thought the person that came out was pretty good. Their price was good. They had a lot of positive reports on Angie's List and I always look for that. They responded within a few days. They called before they came.

We liked the man that came out to look at the job and told us what needed to be done. They were prompt but the workers were kind of messy. I would not use them again.

I contacted Quality West for a new furnace. I worked with Rob on the phone, followed by a visit to my house for an official estimate, and ultimately hired his team to do the work. Rob had the best price on the furnace I was looking for. I asked about upgrades but he suggested that they probably wouldn't be helpful in my situation. I hired him to do the job because the research I did indicated he was installing quality equipment for the lowest cost. His team was on time, they called beforehand, and completed the work on time. The also protected the house adequately while doing the work. All in all, I was very pleased with the service and the price. I would hire Rob and his team again.

The technician advised me that I needed to replace my boiler instead of doing a tune up on it. What's more is that he did nothing to the boiler at all and still charged me a service fee of $99.00.

The two men that came into my home were very courteous very helpful and informative about any furnace needs I might have in the future. They also informed me about certain laws changing in the near future that I might consider upgrading before a certain date. I would use this company for any furnace plumbing or heating needs that I have in the future I think they are a very good company these two men were great representatives of their company and they were just employees they were not owners.

We purchased a coupon through Angie's List for this service and scheduled a date. The technician arrived on time, confident and ready to move toward the job. He was personable, knowledgeable and thorough, and provided valuable suggestions along the way. We would definitely use this service again.

Rob and his crew did a tremendous job installing the new high-efficiency boiler in my home! They were prompt, courteous, and very hard-working. All of our questions were answered, and they seemed to take this job very seriously. When the job couldn't quite be completed in the 2 days they initially estimated, they were eager to finish things quickly on the third day, and were very accomodating with our schedule. After the work was finished, they did a great job cleaning up and making sure all the little details had been addressed. Rob made a point of stressing that he wanted us to be happy with his work, and offered to return in the future to check anything, if the need arose. Despite the pain of having to replace an expensive boiler, we were very happy with the job they did from start to finish!

My rental needed a yearly furnace check up. I looked up vendors on Angies' List. I selected a vendor w/ good reviews and a nice price point. I made the appointment and gave them my tenants phone number.My tenant mad the appointment. QWHC showed up and did the 12 point inspection and changed the filters.

The service went very well - I'm very pleased that I purchased a 5-year plan allowing me to have each visit cost only about $50 (paid up front)...

The owner met us and gave us an estimate. We was very knowledgeable about the product we needed for the rental unit. After getting other bids, we felt comfortable hiring this company. They installed the new furnace as agreed, and did more than was required to make the installation perfect. All of the workers were very pleasant and easy to work with. After a month, they came back to the unit to check on everything. If we have heating issues at other units in the future, we will call them first.

Furnace wouldn't come on this morning. Called and got an appointment for between 12 and 2. Rob called and scheduled for 1 PM. Found that we had a failed ignitor and replaced same. Cleaned the flame sensor while he was at it and left.

We noticed our furnace was not working on Friday evening (11/30), called Rob at 6:30pm and he was at our house by 7:15pm the same night. No after hours charges or hassle. The furnace needed replacement, Rob made time in his schedule to get the new one in the next afternoon. Cannot begin to describe how pleased we were with the responsiveness and quality work that Quality West provided! Rob took the time to explain the options available to us and in the end walked away with customers for life.

Two nights after returning from a trip to China, my wife and I noticed the house getting very cold. I went to the furnace and noticed the unit blower motor running, but no gas flames. So I called Quality West, which serviced my HVAC system in 2011 on an Angie's List promotion, and within a few minutes got called back by Rob, the owner. He came to our house a half-hour later, at 10:30, and stayed past midnight trying to resolve the problem. After replacing the igniter and a trip switch, the problem of intermittent shutdown of the gas flames persisted. He suggested we replace the furnace with a new one, but we slept on it overnight. The next morning, Rob returned, and tried other things to fix the issue to no avail, so we agreed to purchase a new Rheem RGPE 120k BTU 80% efficiency gas furnace for $3,598 installed. Also, we got the humidifier that works with it and a new high-tech Honeywell thermostat. The job commenced the next morning, which was earlier today. He estimated the job would take 6 hours, but it actually was finished in only 4 hours. Rob was here during most of the installation, and he brought two workers with him. All three were very cleancut, courteous, and professional. The end result so far has been perfect. The new furnace is a big technological improvement on my old Trane unit that was installed when the home was built in 1994. The furnace has a two stage variable speed fan and direct spark ignition. The thermostat has a touchscreen like an iPhone, and communicates with a wireless outdoor sensor that gives it outdoor temp and humidity, which is seen right on the screen. This info actually interacts with the thermostat which controls the new humidifier so that less humidity will be generated when freezing outside to prevent frost condensation on the windows. This thermostat is also capable of working with smartphones and iPads to control indoor settings and monitor the house from anywhere in the world. An extra gateway device has to be purchased and installed for that. One tip I learned from Rob, and it's true. The DOE passed regulations that will outlaw the installation of furnaces in Colorado that don't have at least a 90% efficiency rating, beginning in May of 2013. While you may want a high efficiency furnace anyway and don't care, the extra cost of the technology and labor to install it (which is more complicated) will wipe out any utility savings for many years to come. In Rob's case, it's an extra $2,500 had I gone with the 95% efficient Rheem unit he sells. He strongly recommended that I go with the 80% unit which is simpler with fewer parts that can break. The extra gas used is nothing compared to the extra $2,500 upfront cost. IF you were thinking of getting a new furnace, keep this in mind since you only have through April to get one. All in all, this decision to junk our old furnace and get this new one seems wise and timely. It just got done today, so I don't have a lot of time with the new setup and can't say how well it has done for more than a few hours, but so far so good!

Same as above. The company was accommodating in setting up an appointment and came on time. The work promised was done to my complete satisfaction. I was given information about follow up if such was needed.

Noticed this morning that the furnace wasn't working. Called Quality at 9 and they were here by 12:30 and had the furnace up and working by 1:00. Our ignition switch had gone bad and they replaced it with a new part that they had on hand. Rob was nice, friendly, and punctual. Also did a nice job of showing me what was broken and how it would be fixed. I would use Quality West again.

Purchased their Deal for $54 furnace tune up & had them check pilot as furnace not lighting. Quickly found problem & fixed it, deducted the price I paid for tune up from the repair price. Responded to my Deal purchase next day & able to schedule service that same day. Will definitely use them again.
