After receiving bids from several different companies, I chose Quality West. I found Rob's professionalism and knowledge far surpassed the others. His wife was very helpful in scheduling and setting up financing. I prefer to use local, family oriented companies and that is what Quality West is. The crew was fantastic. They arrived just as they said they would. They were clean and efficient. I appreciate that they explained every step as they went through the install. My daughter was home sick the day of the install and the guys were very respectful of being quiet when she was resting. They took the time to teach me to use the new system and followed up with a few phone calls to ensure it was working well. The county inspector stated it was installed perfectly. It's amazing how much better this system works than our old one. The humidifier is already making a difference for our health. We will be using Quality West for all our heating and cooling needs.

Old furnace had gone out in the middle of winter when the daytime temps were 20 degrees and nighttime lows were in the single digits. After purchasing an Angie's deal late one evening, Rob called roughly 30 minutes later to schedule an appointment to provide an estimate. He also asked if we would like him to drop off some space heaters that same night. What wonderful service! I hadn't even expected him to contact me till the following day. Rob described the process and functionality/benefits of the new furnace in easy to understand terms. The estimate was provided promptly and I was able to set an installation date for just a few days later. On the day of installation, Rob and his team arrived by the promised time (9:00 am) and his team set to work on protecting the house before proceeding with the work. The work was completed on the same day at roughly 3:00 pm. Rob showed us how to use the new thermostat and set programming. It has been one month since the install and we are happy with the new furnace. Xcel energy was offering a rebate and bonus $100 for installs completed and submitted by 3/31/15. Rob's team handled all the paperwork for submitting the rebate prior to the deadline. I highly recommend Quality West Heating and Cooling for the A+ service on all accounts. When I need to get my A/C replaced, I will definitely consider using them again.

After install I asked for an inspection and was told by Rob the owner I did not need an inspection because and quot;we changed like for likeand quot;, which is totally untrue in ALL OF COLORADO. Then I discovered they stuffed styrofoam from the furnace box under the new furnace to level it. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOUSE!!!

I misunderstood how a two-stage system with air cleaner and humidifier was supposed to work. I thought that the low-speed fan running so much was a malfunction in the system. But, Rob came over and looked at it every time, explained to me what was going on, and set up the system differently, at my request, to address my issue. Again, I bring this up not to point out that there are problems with the system, but to explain that there were no problems except my understanding, and that Rob patiently dealt with my understanding. And, now I'm completely satisfied with the operation of the system.

Rob coordinated the entire installation with his team and could not have provided better service or more effective communication throughout the project. While Quality West's prices were above average for the installation, so were the results. As said, "you get exactly what you pay for" and this company has the installation and customer service model nailed down to a science. Step by step, Rob and his team lead me through the installation process, documented it with pictures and took impecable care in making sure it was a clean, fast, professional and quality installation. On time, on budget and he delivered exactly what he said he would. A true example of what small business in Colorado really can be when there is an owner that cares about his business. Thanks Rob!

There were initially some problems but the provider fixed them. I was very pleased all persons involved.

This furnace replacement/install went very smoothly with Quality West. We requested quotes from 3 highly rated Angie's List companies, and Rob's quote and upfront information gave us confidence in a proper install done right. The entire process was efficient and professional, including temporary heaters prior to the installation. I'd definitely recommend Quality West and use them again in the future.

It broke down on a freezing cold April day. Rob came right over and brought space heaters for my whole house. His price was amazing and he and his workers were so pleasant. They were here every morning when we agreed upon. They kept the area clean. They were so friendly to my kids and dog. Once there was a switch that turned everything off, he came right over to fix that even though it had nothing to do with his job.

I was very pleased with all aspects of this work. The provider was on time, courteous, did all the work in a timely and professional manner. Had he not found the leak, it could have lead to a very costly repair or furnace replacement in the future. I also appreciated the fact that he offered me a reasonably inexpensive repair option rather than trying to sell me a new furnace. I feel that I can trust this company to be honest with me. I was with the provider for both visits and found him to be very thorough in his work. He answered all my questions and explained why he was doing each step of the work. I strongly recommend this provider.

I found myself without heat after hours on a Saturday night. I called another company that I had previously used, but got no response. I logged into Angie's List to see what other companies I could call. I found Quality West Heating and Cooling. Prior to calling I perused their website, where there were suggestions as to what I could try to do to resolve the issue. I tried several of the suggestions, but the problem still persisted. I called Quality West Heating and Cooling. I left a message. Not too long after, I received a call from Rob telling me that he would be able to come out to check the furnace. Rob indicated there would be an after hour fee and then explained the other charges. I stated that I still would like him to check out the furnace. He said that he would be at my place in about 30 minutes. When Rob arrived he was able to identify the problem. He made the appropriate correction.

Rob was great. I called around 1:00pm and he told me he could come by between 2-4:00. He called me exactly at 2:00 and was at my home by 2:30. He put his booties on to keep my floor dry and clean and checked out the furnace. He knew right away that all I needed was a cleaning and maintenance. He went to work, cleaned and installed my filter and was done within about 1/2 an hour. He also told me about some other problems that may occur in the near future, but didn't try to tell me that I needed to replace the parts at this time. Refreshing to have someone be honest with you instead of trying to upsell. I ended up buying the service package and he will come back in the spring to service my A/C. Honest and professional family run company. Will definitely use him again and will recommend to my friends.

Very professional in both the bid process and throughout installation. Explained everything in detail, gave pros/cons of all of the products and options; had a fair price -- not the highest and not the lowest of the bids we received, but had the best rebate option and the best customer service.

Response to my call that my furnace was not working was prompt. Rob scheduled me for later that day He called before he arrived and showed up on time. He was courteous. He performed diagnostics to trace the problem to the thermostat and fixed the problem. He also did a quick inspection and cleaned the flame sensor. I will definitely call Quality West to service my HVAC system next spring.

Rob and the crew at Quality West Heating and Cooling may have just turned my holiday's around! Christmas week is an awful time for the hot water heater to die in your house. From the second I inquired with Quality West they were on it. A pleasant intake phone call and I had a response from Rob within a half hour. I'm still waiting on an email reply from one of the competitors. A little more research in an emergency situation and I thought the pricing was in line for the work. Had a quick discussion of the options on the table with Rob and his pricing. He was upfront about availability of technicians (Zak and Titus). The only negative thing I'll say in this entire review is that it was a little hard to hear on the cell phone but the guy might be wearing the thing out. Pricing was fair for the replacement and quality of materials that were used. If you want the cheapest replacement Quality West might not be for you but I would say they live up to the "quality" name. The responsiveness and efficiency of the company might be worth evaluating it against a cheaper quote. Titus and Zak were exactly what you want in an install crew, pleasant when you interact with them otherwise they were on task and professional. Invoicing was a breeze and very efficiently accomplished through email. Even received a follow up call for satisfaction purposes. For needing the issue resolved and wanting to get it off of my to do list without a lot of brain power on my part I couldn't be happier with the service I received. This company definitely lives up to it's rating and reputation.

All you could expect and desire when you find yourself without a furnace.

I called them this morning to schedule furnace tune-up and they had someone at my house that day. The technician, Rob, showed up at the time promised and got right to work. I had also asked them to for a quote on a new electronic air filter and new furnace. After Rob had finished the tune up, he took me through the options for both a new filter and furnace. He had all the information and brochures on an iPad which made it easy and also was able to email me all the information. He did a good job explaining the differences to me and at my level and I didn't feel pressured at all for any particular item; he just laid out the facts. My furnace is old (1989) and inefficient and so it would be a ripe opportunity to suggest an unneeded repair but Rob let me know my furnace was in good shape other than being old and less-efficient. I am planning on getting a new furnace in the next year or so and will likely use these guys. I had a $20 off coupon for the tune-up from their web-site.

The owner, Rob Fling, handled the sales, installation management, and followup himself. All the paperwork and invoicing was done electronically, quickly, and professionally - including the Excel rebate. Our new system is light years better than the old. So far the AC keeps up just fine with 90 degree Fahrenheit days (we missed the 100+ days), and the heater is also fine with temps in the mid-30s (no real cold days yet). Rob's education and Qand A were outstanding, and his crew's attention to my family's needs were much appreciated.

Prompt and professional service. Employees are always friendly and willing to answer questions. We will continue to use this company for our AC needs.

This was an excellent experience. My furnace died and I contacted Quality West Heating and Cooling because of their deal through Angie's List. Their response was within 24 hours and an appointment was made for the following Monday. Rob came out to the house and did the estimate. He was straightforward and professional, laying out the challenges and issues with the existing furnace installation (improper ducting and electrical/gas hookups) and location (crawlspace). Also, we reset the location of the thermostat. Fortunately, the and quot;dealand quot; furnace was the right size for my house and the additional work that was needed was going to be reasonable. We scheduled installation for Thursday morning.Thursday morning, as scheduled, Rob showed up with his team and got to work. They were polite, courteous, and efficient. Despite the fact that they had to correct some previous issues, they were able to install, test and run everything before lunch.I am very pleased with the service Rob and his team provided. When I need heating and cooling services again (new AC?), I will be calling Quality West.

I have used this company before and will continue to do so. I used them first for just a furnace inspection and service. It is an old furnace, and they did not try to up-sell me on a new unit. They checked it out, determined it to be in good shape, and got it going for the winter. So when the time came to replace the AC - I went back to them. I got a new AC unit and decided to go ahead and install a new furnace at the same time. They got me on the schedule quickly, arrived on time, and completed the install as planned. They are professional and reliable and pleasant to work with. They were done in one day and cleaned everything up and removed all the old stuff. I am planning to use them again on another property.

After getting 3 bids to have our AC unit replaced we happily chose Quality West for several reasons. Their bid included a free humidifier and wifi compatible thermostat as well as a condenser that qualified for the $750.00 Xcel rebate (which we didn't think we could qualify for in our price range). Rob, the owner, also encouraged me to take advantage of the $300.00 coupon through Angie's List. In all, we got a lot for the money and their service and timeliness was awesome. Going forward I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.
