 + -1 moreOur experience with QFS began with friendly and personal service in making the appointment, with the scheduler graciously working with me to make an appointment time that fit in my schedule (I have constraints with school drop-offs and pick-ups, among other things). Then our service technician, Jeff, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job with both fireplaces, and he didn't charge us to fix a faulty switch that he was able to fix without needing to replace it. Overall a great experience.

 + -1 moreBlain was very professional and cleaned and checked the fireplace very well. The part that needed replacing was an auto ignitor ($155.00 part INCLUDING tax and shipping) that QFS charged me $262.00 for. Blain did a great job replacing it (10 mins) and the fireplace works better than before. I will not use this company again for repairs due to the large up-charge on the part.

 + 0 moreI've never had anyone come into my home and give me such exceptional customer service. He was the most honest, informative, professional, and helpful person I have ever met. The job was done in a timely manner, and at a very reasonable rate.
Description of Work: The gas fireplace was not working. We called close to 8 different companies. They were the only ones to start with the basics, saying it sounds like just a cleaning.
