Mr. Dahlheim and his co-worker were recommended by a friend of mine as realtors who would go that extra mile to ensure I was able to find the right home at the right price! I changed my mind as far as areas I was interested in and the criteria of the homes I wanted. With his knowledge of homes on the market he was able to ensure I found the right home at the right price and was also able to be flexible during the house hunting trip. I only had a few days in which to find a new place and this transition went very smoothly due to the efforts of Mr. Dahlheim and team!!
Description of Work: Mr. Dahlheim provided a nightly pull of real estate in the area I was interested in prior to my arrival in Colorado. The pulls had all of the criteria I was looking for in a house and I felt these were very useful in my search for my new house. He also went the extra mile by driving me around looking at homes, even on the weekend.
