+ -1 moreOnce Jonathan was here he began working immediately. He explained what he was doing, did not make me feel like an idiot concerning computers and involved me every step of the way. Once he had installed my new computer, we decided it would be better for him to return to complete the second computer. Again, he was very professional as well as social and completed the task within a timely basis.
Description of Work: He installed 2 new computers, transferred data from the old computers to the new, fixed a laptop that was not operating at its peak, and was very social during the process. I will have him again for any of our computer issues.

+ -1 moreExcellent Job!!!! The owner Jonathan came soon after I called him. He indicated that he mostly works on PC's. He did a fine job. Got everything connected. This after I talked to HP by phone over two hours. When they finally told me that I need a new computer. Jonathan is really a good professional tech. I felt that he is very ethical. The type of person I would want in my home doing work.
Description of Work: Connected wireless to a new printer a Macbook Pro and I-Mac computer. Also connected another printer to the I-Mac.
