Perspective Property Inspections and their owners Tamera and Russ were great to work with. They were very thorough and took the time to explain the problems they found and helped us prioritize what concessions to ask for from the home seller while buying. I have seen a lot of home inspection reports and theirs was the best. It was both very detailed and also easy to read with lots of photos and everything clearly prioritized. They did a home inspection, radon test and mold test for us. They are hard working, honest, diligent and really know their stuff. I strongly recommend them if you are buying a home.

I have worked with many home inspectors over the years and Tamera and Russell are the 2 most detailed inspectors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They were extremely thorough and checked over everything including appliances, which I had not had an inspector do before. Both Tamera and Russell are extremely professional, great to deal with and punctual. They had all of our reports over to us within 24 hours of finishing the inspection. Tamera is the only inspector I will use. She did an inspection on a home I sold, too, and found issues I was unaware of. So when I was in the process of purchasing an investment property she was the only Inspector I wanted to use. She is EXTREMELY thorough! Very professional and knows her stuff! (As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and there was a lot of terminology with which I was unfamiliar.) She was 100% committed to my comprehension of everything we discussed. (Sort of like a great teacher.) She made sure I understood all of her observations of things in the house and what they would mean to me as the owner. She recommended I have the sewer lines scoped and gave me a notebook which basically educated me about every part of my house. In addition to being highly conscientious, honest, and intelligent, she's also very personable. She was available to answer questions by phone after the inspection. She put me in contact with experts in various areas of structure and maintenance of a home. I trust her absolutely and recommend her without hesitation. When I talked to some other people about how thorough she was and all the things she noticed (versus the inspectors they had used), they said they would use her in the future. Smart choice!
