We were very pleased with the outcome of our painting project!! After receiving a very competitive bid, we scheduled a start date to begin the work. Our HOA approved color scheme was closely adhered to as Sherwin-Williams was able to match the colors. All of the work was completed in 5 work days by a single painter. He was very professional and did an excellent job! We would highly recommend this company!!

The estimator showed up at the scheduled time and provided a detailed, professional estimate. Communication with the company was timely and responsive throughout the process. I was on a tight budget for this project, and chose Patriot over other bidders based upon a combo of price and reviews (I did thorough research), even though two other bids came in lower. On the scheduled start date a team of painters showed up right on time, but after completing a detailed walk-through with them (I had printed out instructions for them to refer to), they left without much explanation. They did mention to me that they were sub-contractors, that they did not work directly for Patriot. I called the project manager and he assured me that there would be painters there that same day. In the afternoon another set of painters showed up and I re-accomplished the detailed walk-through. I still don't know the reason the first team left the property. The project started the following morning. Overall I would rate the quality of the actual paint job as very good to excellent for the price. As I mentioned, budget was an overriding concern for this project so I was willing to forego some quality to save money. Several days of rainy weather delayed the project a bit, but that could not be helped. Finally, on the day I was to meet up with the painter to sign the final papers, he showed up over an hour beyond the scheduled time. Overall grade is a B because of the issues I mentioned above, but I would use Patriot again.

Scheduled start date was 9/9 but was delayed due to rain. I was contacted the week before and the potential for delay was communicated and agreed upon before hand. The crew chief, Roldan, and I agreed to wait for better weather. Once the rain stopped, they began the job promptly. The work to be done was reviewed and we were in agreement on all facets. The crew was both efficient and proficient and I am totally satisfied with the result.

I did really like them and their quote seemed reasonably priced. We just did not end up having the money that we thought we would have to do the project. I'm keeping their card for now and the hopes that I can use them in the future. Like I said I kept their card cause I think I was gonna try to use them when I did the money to do the project.

The management is very organized and professional The painters were skilled, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them.

We hired Patriot Painting after interviewing 5 companies and receiving bids. patriots bid was not the lowest or highest but in the muddle. we were impressed with their no pressure sales presentation and overall thoroughness. That is how impressed we were, so we accepted their bid and could not be happier !!!! and thankful our family for W-n- T !! Professional , punctual , great communication and old school craftsmanship !!! Can't say enough !%2

The job went great! Very professional! They explained step by step what the process would be, their Color specialist was very knowledgeable and helped me choose great colors! The crew was professional and nice. I would use Patriot again!

I explained the project (three times) that I needed done (painting the ceiling of master bathroom) to Miguel. He was helpful to suggest the color, brand, amount of paint needed, and where to purchase. I took his suggestions and bought the paint at a local Sherwin Williams dealer. When the two painters arrived, I showed them what needed painting. They were surprised that it was a ceiling. They were sent with work orders to paint the walls of the bath. Once we got that straightened out, the job went well. Two coats of paint were applied and the workers left the bath clean and tidy. Overall, I was happy with their work.

Patriot did a great job painting our house. The initial appointment for the estimate was made online and the estimator was right on time. They provided a competitive bid in a prompt fashion and also said they could repair the lower portion of 3 posts on our front porch. The color consultation was great. After we picked the colors, we were put on the schedule. They were running a little behind on a previous job, but completed the work in a timely fashion and it looks great. Miguel was always responsive to our calls when we had a question and the workers did a good job of cleaning up and painting.

The professional that completed our estimate was timely and professional. He was very patient with all our questions and accurate with his time estimates and price. The work was sub contracted to Bermudez painting. These guys were very professional. They did excellent work. The attention to detail and ensuring our paint matched the original color was great. They cleaned up each evening and I never found splotches on the grass or sidewalk. Overall excellent job.

Filing a formal complaint with the BBB and will probably end up in court. This company is BAD NEWS!!!!!! "4 year warranty" HA! I didn't even get a 4 day warranty! Don't expect these guys to correct anything!!!

We absolutely love it! they completed the project on our ranch-style home in about 3.5 days. They kept us informed and made any changes we wanted. Very friendly and professional. They cleaned up when they were done every evening, and really took their time. Did touch ups and swept up at the end of the project. Its also nice to know if we see anything they missed or want anything touched up, they will come back up to 3 months out. Great company and great service.

It was okay, I mean the service was fine, I think communication with the place was like on the first day he acted like he was going to send two guys for a half day and the when the actual day showed up there was only one guy and he showed up for the full day, which worked for me, but I guess it was completely different from what I have expecting. The guy was really nice. He did drip paint on the computer, which I didn't notice until later and kind of it like he trying to wipe it off so it is kind of like a smeared blue paint on brown computer, luckily I didn't like the computer too much that it wasn't a big deal to me, I mean obviously it was something nice I would have been kind of mad. I would not use them again.

The work was done promptly and done very well. They paid attention to details! Very clean work. I am keeping this company's name on file and I will use them again!

We shall see when job is done.

The service provided was very professional. I talked to the foreman regarding the colors that we have selected and he was very helpful with tips and where to get additional information. I made the appointment for July 22 and the painting team showed up promptly and performed their initial cleaning work. They came back the next day and started the painting and staining and did a terrific job. We are happy with our newly stained fence and the neighbors are happy as well with the great look. My son was there, he lives in that house, although I own it and so he said that they were very nice. One of their guys got sick when he was there and I guess when they had finished up, they didn’t realize that he didn’t finish painting, like the frame around the front door, when he got sick and left. After they were gone and after we paid them, my son noticed that and he had to paint part of the trim around the front door. I guess they did walk around when they were done but I figured nobody noticed it. The other thing was, my son has a bay window that faces the front of his house and a new roof was put on the house like three or four years ago, it had hail damage and we had a really good company put on a really good roof and that was in the winter of 2009. We noticed that he has been getting a leak right above that bay window and just recently, like this past month we actually had my roofer guy come out and look at it because nobody has been on the roof except the painters. They said there was a little shingle missing up on the overhang that came out over the window, where it was leaking. I had to pay the roofing contractor to fix it and he said that it looked like the painter dislodged some of the shingles when they were up there but I don’t know, I just paid to have it fixed and I am done with it. On their actual invoice the roofer guy gave me, they had made a note like that. They did a decent job painting it except for the trim on that door but it was the roofing that cost me a little bit of money to correct something they did but I have nothing against their painting. I got a couple of bids that were less but I went with them because of the reviews. They did it in September last year, and I called them in June and I said to them I want it done in the week of September 17th, which was like three months out and they only really needed three weeks. The night before my son gets a call from the crew guy asking if they could put it off by a day or two and he said absolutely not because we planned it so far ahead and they did end up showing up. They showed up on time. I would use them with some conditions because I have had no problems with the paint job they did.

It started out in a superior fashion. The initial phone call, the professionalism of the sales who who came out for the estimate, and the call from the project manager were so impressive that I told my neighbor that she should call Patriot's. The first glitch came when I called for an additional estimate for two rooms. A different salesman came out to do the estimate. He was very critical of the first salesman and said that Patriot had fired him for estimating too low and that we should be paying at least $500 more than we were! u husband and I were quite put-off by this. The second glitch was when the work order showed a lower quality paint than we had contracted for. Even though we This being said, the quality of the job is fine and we love driving up and seeing our home! pointed this out to the person who came for the pre-walk, the lower grade of paint was purchased. We again pointed out that we were paying for a paint with a longer guarantee ( at the recommendation of the salesman). The paint was exchanged for the paint in the contract. There was an identified project coordinator and a crew leader, and it was never made clear as to whom we should talk to about concerns about some repairs that needed to be completed before the body of the house was painted. We remain unclear as to how we would ever be able to "prove" that we purchased paint with a longer warranty if the need should arise because we did not personally purchase the paint, and Patriot's warranty is much shorter that the paint warranty.

It went really great. A good communication from the beginning to the end, my questions were answered promptly. It is only stucco painting, but there are lots of details need to be paid attention. The person who did our painting is really good, he listened and confirmed all the details before job started, and followed the instructions exactly as we requested for. He did an excellent job. We are very happy with the results!!!

VERY WELL NO COMPLAINTS....

It went great! Two painters were there for two solid days. Paint was included. They did a BEAUTIFUL job and were careful with seams. There is only one thing I need finished up and that is a small inner wall part where my sliding closets are. I was told they will come out in the future to finish this up and at that point the job will be complete and "perfect" in my estimation. They came in much lower in price than anyone else and the paint was included! My air conditioning was also broken during this time and there was a heat wave. There weren't any complaints and they worked really hard to get things done professionally. I also had my fence done by another crew last year and the cost was extremely low compared to other companies. I would not use any other paint company than Patriot. They are consistent in quality of work!

They were highly recommended and much less than other estimates I received. I was completely satisfied.

cLooks great. Timely, no mess, and efficient. My only concern is that when an employee came to the property to give an estimate, he suggested that a few areas of siding needed to be replaced. I told him I had extra siding available. He quoted me a price per linear footage and said that the painting crew would replace the areas during prep (and that a construction rep would be with the painting crew). I was only on site briefly during the prep to instruct the crew what/where for colors. I had to communicate with the crew with my limited Spanish. When the painting job was completed, I asked the lead painter where siding was replaced, and he said no siding was replaced. So, I'm assuming the painting crew painted over rotted siding. That is the only thing I'm disappointed about. Oh, and a few of the details of painting directions were missed (for example, some trim was painted white that I told them I wanted painted the body color. No big deal, I didn't ask them to change it - I'm sure they would have if I had asked). Everything else was great. Thank you. FYI crew was 2 hard working gentlemen, Spanish speaking only. They completed the job in 2 days - pretty amazing. I never met the project coordinator in person. Color consultation was an added bonus!!!

They were prompt and punctual. They communicated all of the details regarding what the contract covered and when they would start. They did a great job and cleaned up well. They did a post job inspection and corrected any and all deficiencies. The only problem encountered was that I don't speak Spanish so communicating with the workers on site was difficult. The managing staff was easily reached when any communication problems arose.
