Miguel was very prompt in returning calls and scheduling estimate. They were able to get us scheduled earlier than planned due to a delay on another project. They came out and prepped the house on a Thursday and were completely finished with the project on Friday afternoon. There were some areas that were peeling around the garage door where the paint hadn't completely dried and they came out the next day to fix. Miguel followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Miguel was prompt, polite and professional from estimate to touch-up. The crew did a great job with so many different paints. Always polite and friendly. The job turned out just like I wanted. Miguel's follow-up was timely and thorough. I would highly recommend Patriot Painting Professionals, Inc.

It's gone fine, they've done a very good job. They are both punctual and professional in doing the work. Things that I've noticed that weren't quite right, they've been very good about touching them up.

Painted house interior My comments : after my first experience with Miguel's company which I was very please with a touch up paint job, I contracted to do the interior of the house. The workers were very careful in their prep work with such things as covering the furniture, wood floors. Very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The supervisor was present to make sure the workers were doing the job correctly, showing up on time and he made sure that the clean up job was done properly. My house looked brand new and I did not have to do anything for them, they took care of everything. The caulk along the baseboards, clean up and took all of their material away. My compliments and highly recommend this company for an interior painting job. I will hire them next year to do the exterior. I believe their prices are awesome.

The company was very responsive and thorough, from providing an estimate to the final touch-ups at the end of the paint job. The owner, Miguel, explained up-front, in detail, what we could expect, including what the work would entail, how long it would take, and the sign-off process. Full payment is made at the end of the project, once the owners have inspected the work. We were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work, and the professionalism of Miguel and the crew that completed the job.

Prompt and professional from start to finish. No surprises!

Miguel Gallardo came out himself the day after I called him. He gave me a jaw dropping estimate (compared to others I received) to strip, sand, and repaint a large, raised deck, with a few minor repairs. The job was scheduled, due to weather and the other jobs they had, within 3 weeks of accepting the company's bid. They finished quickly, in spite of the fact that they had to rent a sander after theirs broke, and that the employees had to travel almost two hours to reach my residence in Douglas County. Employees took care of both the repairs and obtaining the paint without me having to do or worry about anything. Deck looks as good as it possibly could without replacing it (it is old). A few communication issues: for example, I was reminded to pay the final bill when I hadn't even received it yet. Also, after I paid this company in full I discovered that this company damaged a tree that had several branches which touched the deck. Instead of tying back the branches or consulting with me, they BENT THE BRANCHES BACKWARDS, WHICH BROKE THE BRANCHES. I'm rather irritated because this is a young aspen tree and the affected parts of the branches have died.

Very professional, courteous and flexible. Amiable staff. We were doing our wedding in our house with no time to paint the entire house. Miguel came over to assess what could be done quickly and with the most of advantage to the looks of the house. The price was very reasonable for the amount of detail work done. The painter came over and helped us choose the correct paint color that matched the existing color for both the walls and the baseboards. He took great care in patching the corners, caulking the crevices between the baseboard and the walls. Also great care in dissipating the new paint with the old paint on the walls since the purpose was to touch up and not paint the house but did it where it was needed. He took also great care in preparing and cleaning up. He was flexible to fix, paint other little things that I discovered as we went through. My house looked brand new. I was very satisfied with the work completed, the workmanship, professionalism, experience and expediency of the staff.

I loved their services. They were very patient with me and they gave me advice on the color scheme that would go best with my apartment. The job they did was crisp, clean and very professional. They were very detail oriented and took the time to protect my personal property. This company was recommend to me by a friend and I comfortable recommending them to anyone. They also worked with in my time frame.

I called them last Friday for an ASAP appointment. They had three gentleman show up on Monday morning, which I thought was pretty incredible. Their price was very good and competitive. They did very good work. I purchased the paint but I got their discount, which was nice. It took the 3 men 5 hours to do the work. Before leaving they asked for me to do an inspection. I did find a few things that needed to be redone and they immediately went to work correcting the problems. They encouraged me to call them if there were any future problems and they would come back at no charge. My basement is almost 800 square feet. I was very happy with the work.

The painters that worked the past week were very hard working, efficient, and courteous. They gave attention to detail and came back the next day to repair an area on my garage door that was smeared when I opened the door before it was finished drying. The worker on the first day (Syiere) was applying paper and tape to the windows with little or no caulking being done first. The project was delayed at first because the supervisor never told the painters they could start a day early. Miguel (the supervisor), never came over to check the status of the work and had poor communication with me and his workers. He was on his way over to pick up the check before the paint was even dry. I asked his worker to ask him to wait until the next day to give me a chance to check the work.

Excellent, very professional, courteous, performed the job ahead of schedule, cleaned everything up. Cost was very reasonable.

Very well. Miguel is extremely professional and prompt at bidding, responding to questions, and setting up the job. The two men who came to do the work were efficient, organized and neat, and worked very hard to complete the project while the weather was nice enough to do the work. Miguel followed up and resolved any questions and the couple of areas where they had different ideas about which of the three colors to use in any given area on the house. They completed the work in four days, which is exactly what Miguel had estimated.

By and large, it went well, especially considering the price - Miguel was very competitive. He is very conscientious and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. The team he initially sent to do the job, however, was led by a fellow who was clearly there to get the job done as quickly as possible - he cut many corners, so we had to tell him (or have Miguel tell him) what needed to be done. Still finding some of their sloppiness. Sent out a second team to do some of the detail and window work, and they were great. Again to Miguel's' credit, he wanted to bring the guy out one last time to finish the job, but we declined and chose to finish the details ourselves. All in all, it worked out fine, but we would not want to have to maintain that degree of oversight in the future.

Miguel Gallardo personally conducted the estimate and went over what the job would entail. He reassured us that he had all the insurances required, discussed the qualifications of the crew that would do the work, went over the guarantee etc. He was very professional and prepared and answered all of our questions. The painting was performed by two seasoned painters who were extremely quick and professional. When I raised a concern with Miguel around the quality of the prep work (because his crew was just so fast and efficient), he reviewed the work they had done and assured me they were doing a very quality job - then he increased the warranty by one year to further set my mind at ease. The job was completed in four days and looks terrific. I would highly recommend Patriot!

Overall, pretty well. We started out with some communication problems. I had told him that I did not want to use Kwal Howell and that I wanted to use Sherwin Williams caulk and paint for everything. When the guys came, I asked to see what caulk they were going to use and it was a Kwal Howell product. We had to call Miguel and they had to go to Sherwin Williams to get the caulk. The guys had a little trouble understanding what colors I wanted to go in the different areas of the house. They had to repaint some of the trim and the downspouts because they did not understand what I had wanted. That led to me having to go get them more paint to finish the job. They did a nice job painting.

They did a good job painting my home. Due to their careful preparation, the paint covered beautifully and the house looks great. They arrived on time and did the job in two days, as promised.

Due to the cancellation of another of this company's jobs, work was performed earlier than originally planned. The painting crew was very diligent, pointed out several touch-ups not originally identified, fully complied with all requests of the customer, and ensured the customer's complete satisfaction before leaving.

Poor. No prep work, no power washing, no scraping, one thin coat of paint, poor trim work. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone

Total professionals, from the bid process to the final job walk through. We are so impressed with Patriot Painting.

We were very pleased with the work. The price was $1-2,000 less than the other bids we got. The start was delayed by weather, but Miguel checked in every couple of days, to keep us informed. When the trim color did not seem to match the sample we had chosen, he took the paint back to the supplier, to discuss it. The crew was great, hard working and polite. More than once, they offered to help move some heavy items we were getting rid of, even though it had nothing to do with their job. On the west side of the house, where the paint was peeling the worst, they scraped it completely down to wood, before painting. Miguel did not require a down-payment and we did not have to pay, until every detail was completed to our satisfaction.
