Very happy with work. Miguel was prompt and professional when he came out for the quote. He was patient with us taking so long in picking out colors, playing phone tag. Crew did a quick and good job in under 5 days, lucking out with our rainy season this year. There were a couple of rotten frame portions around some windows which they replaced/painted, no charge. No paint dripped on gardens or surroundings, the only complaint was the amount of old paint on the ground after the prep work. Nothing much you can do about that though. They did try to pick up all they could after I pointed it out on the final walk through. Miguel found a few missed places on the walk through that I didn't see and the crew took care of it on the spot. Overall I was very pleased. I was expecting to find some missed spots, drips, etc., but still haven't found any 2 months later.

After putting our house up for sale, we decided it would have more curb appeal if we painted it. Miguel-- the Project Manager-- gave us not one, but several estimates, so we could determine how much doing a particular thing would cost. For example, just painting the trim, just power-washing the house and repairing the cracked stucco, and so forth. In the end, we decided to have the entire house painted and they not only did a gorgeous job, they were extremely nice, did the job quickly, were neat and did meticulous work. The professional paint job made such a difference, it almost looks like a new house. One of my chief concerns was getting the color right. Miguel was exceptionally helpful and the colors are fantastic, exactly what we wanted. This is just an outstanding company. I would hire them again and again and recommend them without hesitation.

We contacted Miguel in addition to three other outfits to bid on painting our eight townhome units. The bid he submitted was the lowest of the four bids but we didn't want to just go with the lowest bid, we wanted a quality job for the best price. The bid Miguel submitted was thorough as to what prep work would be provided and gave us pricing options for what quality of paint we wanted to use so we knew that his bid was comparable to the other bids. They painted samples on one of the units so we could make sure we'd picked the right colors. He responded to all the homeowner's questions and concerns professionally and timely. So in the end we decided to go with them not only for the price, but for the professionalism and responsiveness he always displayed. The project took a couple of weeks from prep to completion and detailing. The painters were courteous and took care of the details each homeowner desired. The only thing that was somewhat difficult was communicating directly with the painters who didn't speak English. We had to go thru Miguel for certain things and small things were lost in the translation, but everything was eventually done to the homeowners' satisfaction. When Miguel came out to do the walk-throughs with us, he was very professional, nice and patient given that he was trying to please eight different homeowners with various levels of attention to detail. All of us very much appreciated his "whatever you need" attitude and that he emphasized we had three years in which to contact him about anything that might not hold up. We all thought that as compared to the painting we had done ten years ago, that this job seemed superior in workmanship and thoroughness. All in all, for such a large job, we thought Miguel's company did a great job and we won't hesitate to contact him next time.

Miguel came within 24 hours to give us an estimate. Once I called him to start, they began prepping within 3 days. There was a couple of days of holdup because it was raining but once they started the painting they were done in a day and a half. The crew of four men were very courteous and professional and worked hard to get all of the details just right. They did an excellent job and my husband and I are thrilled!

I called Patriot based on Angie's list reviews. Miguel was very professional and friendly from the beginning. He came and gave an estimate within a day and was very concise. His bid came in the lowest and I felt very comfortable with him. We scheduled the job within 2 weeks of accepting his bid. The workers came on time and completed the job within 2 days. I was pleased with the result and would recommend Patriot.

Miguel was very responsive when I first called and came out within a couple of days to do the estimate. He was very quick when he was at our house and gave me a thorough estimate in writing. We scheduled the work for a couple weeks later when the weather would be warmer. He emailed me to say they had a delay on another project and the team could come out sooner if that worked for us, so we moved up the start date which was great. They worked quickly and were done in 3 days. At one point I had a question about what was being done to repair the trim so I emailed Miguel. He was immediately in touch with the crew and got back to me within minutes! The only negative about the experience was at the end. Because they had moved up our start date, then got delayed by rain, they were in a crunch at the end. The work was done well, but the final "walk through" and wrap up was rushed because they had to get to another job. Miguel said that since they weren't 100% done when he was able to come by that if I noticed anything after he left to just let him know and they'd fix it. So, I did feel a little rushed at the end, but since there were no problems it was ok! Overall, it was a great value and they were nice to work with!

I spoke to the company about the job (no one ever came out to see the job before doing the work); they sent me a proposal via the internet; I accepted the proposal by phone and via the internet; I was told what week the painters would come. On Thursday after not hearing from the company, I called. They then scheduled the painters for a Saturday. After the company sent a team out, they masked everything and spray painted the room. The painters left many drips and thin coverage. I pointed some out to the painter who touched them up. After they left I completed the touch up myself before they dried. Two days later the company emailed me to see if I was satisfied with the work and said that they would be happy to come out to touch up if necessary. By then it would have been too late. I told them I was somewhat disappointed. They didn't bill me for weeks, so I sent a check without the bill. Finally they sent me an email asking for payment but by that time I had already paid them. I have heard nothing more from the company. They never responded to my comments.

I found Patriot Painting via Angie's List, and they had very good marks, so I contacted them. Miguel Galliardo came right out and did an estimate for us-it was thorough and priced better than anyone else we had talked to. As the weather had been unseasonably warm, I was hoping to get our house painted a little bit earlier, so they started the job on March 4th. The team showed up right at 8am, and they got to work replacing wood, patching, scraping and cleaning the exterior of the house. I had picked a color, and they got a sample to me right away-it was too loud once we painted a test patch, so I chose a couple of others, and they got those paint samples to me right away as well. I fortunately found a working color for the house and away we went. They always showed up on time, and they did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. The house looks wonderful, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and great quality. I would use them again in a heartbeat! The final bill was a little bit higher than the estimate due to the fact we needed more wood for repairs than we originally thought, it was still well within reason.

I was hesitant at first to hire Patriot Painting because of a couple of reports on Angie's List but after doing a little more research I decided to hire them. I am very glad I did. They did a great job. They let me know what was going on through out the painting process. When ever I had a question they answered right away. Patriot Painting is a very professional company. I have recommend them to some of my neighbors.

Maguel, project manager was very responsive from the time we scheduled the estimate to the final walkthrough. Any questions and/or concerns were addressed very promptly. The crew that was at my home were very professional, considerate, helpful and cleaned up on a daily basis. We could not have asked for more. This company has outstanding customer service as well as excellent results.

The work took 3 days, which was pushing it. The trim was a big job and for one guy, it was remarkable that he finished in 3 days. He was kind, quiet and respectful of my space while he was here. The quality for the most part was A+, but there are a few spots where there is paint on the wood floors and tiles, which is the only reason I lowered the quality rating. Whatever I pointed out to him, he was quick to clean up. For the price, however, which was 1/3 the cost of the other bid we obtained for the work, it was remarkable. I liked them so much, they're coming back tomorrow to do 1.5 bathrooms and a ceiling!

The bid process was responsive as was their initial work. However, the crew that came to do the painting did not cover all of the areas completely, missed areas, and still did not complete the work after pointing out where they needed to provide better coverage. We called the company, and e-mailed them, to come out and complete the work where there were areas missed. They promised to come and complete the areas missed. That was months ago and they still haven't been to complete the work.

After searching on the internet for a painting contractor I decided to hire Patriot Painting after reading several great reviews with no negative reviews. I invited Miguel to my house and he was there the next day at 8 a.m. to give me a quote. He was very professional and within 15 minutes was able to give me what turned out to be a great written bid and a 2 day time estimate. I wanted to get this job done before the holidays so within 3 days of his bid he had a crew at my house right on time at 8:30 a.m. in the snow. The crew was very courteous and had 80% of the job done by the time I got home from work around 6 p.m. The next day they finished the master bedroom and touched up the rest of the house. Everything looked great. After the job was done I paid the company but then wanted to have them out to paint one more accent wall that I previously told them to leave as it was. It was just one more wall so Miguel gave me another great bid and had his guys out there the next morning on a Saturday and it was done before breakfast. Great job and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Miguel and his crew were so professional and easy to work with. I felt very respected and any questions I had were answered almost immediately via email or phone. There were a few issues that came up and once they were brought to Patriot's attention they were corrected right away with apologies and fantastic follow-up. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. Actually, it is the best experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor. Even when I was totally satisfied with the work at the final walk-through, Miguel had the crew come back and perform some minor touch-up work and wouldn't let me refuse. Patriot Painting was extremely eager to please and they sure did!

Miguel was very prompt and professional with his estimate and very friendly and easy to work with. The estimate was very good for the work and paint products to be used. Miguel was also very flexible with adapting the bid for any add ons for repair work and paint upgrades. The crew was very good with their painting work and they did work professionally and quickly to complete the job. In general the clean up was okay. It could have been a little more thorough of a clean up as a small amount of debris, paint chips and scales were left scattered about on the roof and surrounding areas. Overall it was a great job and a great price with the highest quality of paint. I would definitely use Patriot Painting again.

Paint crews did an excellent job of caulking & all the other detail work that proceeds painting.

Once they were able to start, they wasted no time! The two painters were able to complete the job in 3 days. Last time it took 5 or 6 people a week to complete. The quality is fantastic!

Communication and follow-up were consistently good from initial request for proposal, to change order, to final inspection. The painting crew was well-mannered and skillful, and did a thorough clean-up when finished. I'd welcome them back again.

My request for a quote was submitted via Patriot's web site. Doing so yielded a $350 coupon off the quote to be handed to the estimator following pricing. Patriot's response to the quote request was prompt. An appointment was made and kept to the minute. Painting and staining of the front porch was the main quote; clear coat of the rear porch was an add on. Following our proposal acceptance, communication with Patriot regarding scheduling was fair to poor - Patriot could improve in this area. Painting was excellent. Crew missed on small area of zig zags on the trim. Staining was good. In a couple of locations, too much stain was applied to the wood for it to absorb, which cause some dripping. Wasn't too worried about this on the front porch since we need to replace wood anyways. The clean up was good. Some masking tape was left on the house and some garbage in the street in front of our house. I would have liked to see better clean up of the paint chips scraped off. The overall care of our house was excellent. There were perhaps two drops on brick. Great care of all windows/doors. Could have been a little more careful with plants in front, but with winter coming, I didn't really care. In short, I am very happy with the job and did not look to have Patriot come out and fix anything. Figured I could clean up the garbage and shop vac the chips. To fix the stain drips, everything would have had to be sanded - didn't want to go there. Paid by credit card and asked to have the extra fee for doing so waived in lieu of Patriot coming back out to clean up. It was only 1.5% - minor savings and a little extra consumer protection by using credit card. The base price for the project was $885.00. I choose Sherwin Williams Duration exterior latex enamel, an upgrade that increased my cost by 35% or $310.00. I choose to prep and stain the rear porch ceiling/posts for an additional $165.00. Minus the website coupon of $350 off complete exterior project, my total came to $1,010.00.

I'll elaborate soon, but the experience was terrific.

Great job and great work. Showed up early for first day of work but didn't call beforehand. Other than that, did a great job and was very professional.

I had such a positive experience with this team. Miguel was extremely helpful and broke down the quote so I knew what I was getting. He was also very patient and understanding regarding changes I made mid job. I had a tough time making decisions for so many rooms. He provided me with input and found the time to completely redo a room when I didn't like the end color. Their prices were reasonable, but more importantly the crew did a great job. They were very careful, thorough and so easy to have in the house. I work from home and no one on the phone ever knew they were here. They will definitely get the call when I paint again. I highly recommend this company!

Miguel was very polite and professional. He quoted me for exactly what I wanted done. I didn't get a sleezy salesman vibe from him. He was very honest in his estimations. I was able to e-mail him my color selections from Glidden and he matched them all perfectly with the paint they use prior to the job. He worked with my schedule and got me booked two weeks in advance. The crew showed up promptly and was very polite. I will say, as with all companies, BE VERY SPECIFIC about what goes where! I kept a close eye on the work and had to ask some things to be done differently. They were very responsive to my requests and fixed whatever I needed touched up. The work took 1.5 days to complete nearly 700+ square feet of work in eight colors, double coat. I had a window that was leaking rain around the metal frame so they caulked the cracks on the inside (which is included anyway in the service) and then the guy took a photo with his cell phone showing a huge chunk of caulk missing from the outside! This is a third floor condo and my association said it was "my responsibility" to repair it. They broke a switch plate and while they were picking up a new one from a home supply store, he got some cement caulk and he quickly filled the gap on the exterior! I never asked them to fix it, but he insisted. I thought that was very thoughtful! I kept the leftover paint and made some very minor touch ups after the walk through, but I'm kind of OCD so my work is never done. They cleaned up after themselves. I found no paint spills anywhere.

Missed first appointment due to rain, but, of course not their fault. Excellent communication via phone and email. Everything well-explained. Work done by subordinates, who didn't speak much English but very professional, high quality work. They moved all the furniture and put it back. Looked a little splotchy at first, but Miguel re-assured us that it would look perfect after curing for a few days. He was right; it looks great-a much better job than anyone has done before on our deck. Price was not cheap, but very fair, and they agreed afterwords to paint the underside of my balcony for free. The promise of a 3 year guarantee is really nice.

They have showed up on time every day like they said they would. They also got the right colors, and they have been responsive when we pointed out areas they might have missed. They have also been emailing and updating us, and check up on things.
