The painters went above and beyond. Leo and Sahir were hard working and their work was excellent. I am very happy with the results. When I told Sahir that I wanted to buy a new small garage door but didn't have any way to transport it, he offered to pick it up after I chose a door and paid for it at the nearby Home Depot and he installed it with expertise and care. From start to finish a job well done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patriot Painting Professionals to anyone.

Patriot painting did an excellent job from beginning to end. The work was performed professionally and the painters were very responsive. They had to climb on very high ladders to complete the work around the windows. It all looked amazing when they completed the job. The supervision was good and I could not be happier with the quality of their work.

Overall, Patriot Painters were very professional and friendly from first contact, estimate and actual painting. I had to go to the hospital as an emergency and when I returned, my house looked brand new. I would definitely use them again.

I found Patriot Painting Professionals on Angie's List. The references were very good. I contacted them about the job. A prompt estimate was obtained. The work was scheduled very soon after my acceptance of the estimate. The crew arrived on schedule, prepared for painting, and completed the painting in less than two days. The painting was done very professionally, and the clean-up was thorough. I will call Patriot for my future painting needs.

Never recieved an estimate. A total waste of my time on a Saturday. It is a good practice to check your own records before assuming the consumer is not with it!!

Having had some issues with contractors in the past, and hearing horror stories about painting crews, this was my first professional paint job. I stressed to the crew that I wanted to make sure that the grout between bricks was filled, and the crew lead, Alfredo, walked me around the house to point out areas which needed to be scrubbed with a wire brush and then repaired. I was pleased that he agreed with me, and the crew spent almost an entire day prepping the brick for painting. The crew spent considerable time with me ensuring that they had the right colors in the right places (I wanted contrasting trim on some architectural elements) and sprayed a color of areas in different options so I can could see what worked best. I appreciated the time they toook to make sure that they understood what I wanted, and checked in with me several times a day to explain where they were, what was next and to ensure that I was comfortable. The job ran longer than they anticipated, however this did not impact the quality and attention to detail of the work, and Alfredo was extremely thorough throughout the job. The guys were professional and cleaned up after themselves every night. I suffered one crushed lilly, but they took a lot of care to make sure my landscaping wasn't covered with paint and that no plantings were disturbed. My house now looks incredible and my neighbors have been stopping my to tell me how much it improves the look of the house and the street. I've also had several requests for referrals. I would recommend Patriot to anyone considering having their exterior painted. It was reasonably priced, fixed cost and no hidden charges. They also offer free touch ups for 3 months and promise to fix any issues that arise during that time. Based on my experience, I'd trust that they will honor that commitment.

The project went very well and the paint still looks great 2 years later. We had taken the option for premium house paint and haven't regretted it. On the deck we chose a more economical paint, and it's beginning to show wear, but I blame the product we chose over the workmanship. The wood work looks great, the details in the painting and edging were near perfect, and the painters returned promptly to do some minor touch-up work when requested. The work was completed in two days for our two story home, which was right on the schedule they estimated. The work area was left very neat and the finished product looks great.

They were prompt professional and did a good job. Having painted houses in college I know what a good job looks like (a house I painted in 1976 was only repainted in 2005 --I was stunned!). This was a good job.

PATRIOT PAINTING PROFESIONALS was OUTSTANDING in all respects: Estimate was scheduled within 2 days via internet and Miguel, the estimator arrived on the dot. Subsequent communication via frequent e-mail was prompt and informative. Estimate was significantly lower than two others. The job was scheduled in a few days with clear indication of when and what would be done. Three man crew arrived on time, prepped and painted with good speed and excellent quality. OVERALL OUTSTANDING.

Their estimator came out for a bid and he was very professional and provided info on their products, insurance coverage, etc. He wasn't as prompt as he promised in getting us their actual bid, but in the end we liked the professionalism when we met with him. From there their service was great . . they assigned a project manager, site supervisor and ever offered a free consultation with a color consultant who helped me pick out the paint colors. They started the date I asked and the best part was they finished a day or so early. They were never pushy about deposits or paying, and offer a warranty on their work that is impressive in terms of fixing touch ups, and defects. What is amazing is that I find most contractor people to have horrible organization skills, but these guys do lots of hand holding and really seem to provide great service. I will likely have them pain some areas in my home as a result.

We used Patriot's service to paint the outside of our house. Everbody we worked with was very professional and acommodating and very understanding throughout the process. I also want to mention that Miguel was so accomodating to our needs and our changes and stayed with us throughout the project - many kudos to Miguel for his understanding and to Patriot. Also, the crew did a great job and showed up on time and always had a smile regardless of our requests. We were a unique challenge from the start as we had to change our start date just days before our initial date - no problem, Miguel and Patriot said with a smile. Then, once the crew finished painting the house after 3 days of work, the color did not turn out anywhere near what we wanted. We were devistated and thought we were stuck with the color. Patriot and Miguel came to our rescue and with great understanding worked with us to fit us into their busy schedules to repaint the house as soon as we could determine a proper color - Patriot went way above and beyond to satisfy the customer! Customer service is absolutely top notch. We will use Patriot for any of our painting needs. Thank you Miguel and Patriot for your A+ customer service!

work was done in accordance with the Contract. It was done on time and per the written agreement. I highly recommend Patriot Painting. Their painting is first class and they perform exactly as specified in the Contract. I could not have been more pleased.

Good estimator. Nice team - fairly good clean up.

I would say average, nothing expectional. But the service was good.

It took the crew of about 4 a full week to do all of the work and they were in the house all day during that time. They were very good about touching up areas that we noticed needed it. Also, they were happy to help with some additional work such as changing out a ceiling fan during the project and fixing an external woodpecker hole on the house. They also provided a 3 month window to come back and fix anything that we missed (which we are planning on have them do as we noticed a couple of small spots over the holidays). Overall, they did a very good job and I would hire them again, and would recommend them.

The whole experience was very pleasant. It began with the estimate where I dealt with a very knowledgeable courteous rep of the company. They werey the only ones out of all I contacted who provided a written estimate with enough details and explanation of what will be done and what the warranties are. In addition they specified exactly what additional options (e.g. premium paint, backrolling etc) they offer, what the additional cost is and what the benefits are. The quality of the estimate alone demonstrated to me that this company knows what's important to the customer. When the crew arrived, they also were very courteous and explained in detail what they were going to do. The work they performed was fabulous, very professional and very efficient. We explained to them how the new paint scheme (main color and trim color) should be applied and they repainted the house exactly to our liking. We also appreciated there professional opionion re. the paint scheme in some tricky areas of the house, because sometimes we weren't sure what would look better. Their feedback made a big difference and the final result is outstanding. Abe Z. from Patriot Patriot Painting not only provided an extremely detailed and competitive estimate for the paint job, he also guided us in how to re-finish our wooden front door. He made several suggestions and told us what would look good. Abe performed the re-finish of our door himself and, just like the paint crew, went the extra mile to make certain we get exactly what we liked. Just like the house, the door looks fabulous.We could not be any happier with Patriot Painting, Abe, Miguel and his great crew. They truly delivered more than we expected in a timely, professional manner. One more important fact I need to mention: The company never tried to upsell anything during the course of the project, any options we purchased by us without any pressure from the company.

We had an appointment set for a quote/estimate with this company on 9/24/11. Mr. A. Zamora called that he was running late, but he did get to our house and spent almost 2 hours going over what needed to be done. He was very informative and had good suggestion in addressing some problem areas. He made a good sales pitch. He assured us that we would have an estimate within 3 days. We never received an estimate or a follow up call. Two other companies (from Angie's list) were also contacted and we selected one of them to do the work. As of 11/12/11 our home's exterior paint has been done. In the time since meeting with Mr. Zamora we never heard back from him or another representative from this company. The reason we considered using this company in the first place, was because my superviors had her house painted by this company and the great reviews on Angies list unfortunately this was not our experience.

In late spring I called Patriot Painting as well as five other painting companies to give me bids on exterior painting on a 110 year old two-story duplex. I had recently removed 20 years of ivy growth and the building required extensive prep work - washing and scraping. Scheduling with the estimator was easy and they were very accommodating of my schedule. The estimator showed up on time and gave me the lowest of five bids along with a professional presentation. I decided to tackle other outdoor projects during the summer and called them back in late fall to proceed with painting. Despite the late time of year they were able to fit me into their schedule and held to their original bid. After I signed the contract a color consultant came to the house to assist in design. The painters estimated the project would take six days, they were delayed the first day due to weather and were still done on time. Due to the ivy removal there was extensive scraping of the house required after the pressure washing was completed. The team exceeded my expectations in terms of attention to detail in scraping off every last ivy remnant on the house. During the prep work they pointed areas of missing grout out to me and offered me a very reasonable price for repair. At the end of the project there was a slight miscommunication regarding color placement around the windows. I addressed the subject with the project lead and he immediately corrected the error without any questions asked. Throughout the project the painting team remained in communication with me regarding any possible discrepancies and were extremely professional at all times. Cleanup met my very high expectations. The duplex looks brand new - thank you Patriot Painting!

They already had a very high rating and I agreed with the rating. I thought they did a terrific job. Their price was very good and some other people on the list said that about them too. Not only did they do a good job but they were very reasonable on their price. They definitely can't get any higher.

We hired Patriot Painting to paint the exterior trim and front door on our house. The contract stated that they would pressure wash, sand, prime & caulk before applying the paint. It was expected to take approximately two days-one day to pressure wash everything, allow it to dry and then paint. The crew sent out by Patriot pressure washed the house and immediately started painting without waiting for it to dry completely. They didn't prime or caulk except when prompted by me -- and since I realized too late that they needed my supervision (supervision was not provided by Patriot) the trim was never primed. The crew was also going to paint the front door without primer (paint over stain) until I insisted they prime it first which necessitated a trip to the store to get the primer. They painted the door quickly at the end of the day, 2 coats with a brush while the door was in place, without sufficient drying time in between, leaving obvious brush marks. On our walk-around after they finished (in one day), I noticed that they hadn't done any caulking so they reluctantly did it (after calling Patriot to see if they needed to) and then had to paint over the caulk. Conversely a crew sent by Patriot painted our neighbor's house on the same day and did a beautiful job -- including spray painting the front door for a beautiful satin finish. Miguel offered to rectify things, but I have lost confidence in this company. The quality of the job depends on which crew does the work and the homeowner's constant supervision and insistence that everything outlined in the contract is done. This was difficult for me because the crew that worked on our house didn't respond well to a woman's supervision.

They contacted me quickly after I went to their website and asked for a quote. They were able to send someone over that day. He was very professional and informative. I decided to purchase my own paint to save some money so the estimator told me how many cans of paint I would need to get the job done. He estimated about 7-8 cans for the entire job with at least two coats to guarantee full coverage. Two painters showed up on the scheduled day and did not have the correct materials so they immediately had to leave to buy supplies at Home Depot. The estimator told me that they would move all furniture and make minor repairs in the wall such as nail holes and minor wall imperfections such as cracks. Once the two men got started on the job they worked quickly. After they had painted the first coat I realized that they had not made the repairs to the wall that they had promised. I asked them to sand the wall imperfections that I had pointed out to them before they began the job. They attempted to sand the area, but it is quite obvious when you look at the wall. The job took two days and they had me sign off on the job when the second half of the job was freshly painted. After the paint dried and they had left I noticed that they had not painted the top of one entire wall and they had only painted one coat of paint on half of the job. The paint is splotchy and the bottom paint is visible through the new paint. When they left they also did not return my furniture and wall hangings to their original location. This was compounded in annoyance by the fact that I was eight months pregnant at the time and not able to move heavy objects. I bought 9 cans of paint which was one can more than recommended but they managed to paint the four rooms and stairway with 3-1/2 cans which ultimately made me lose $200 in unused paint. I think it is safe to say that they did not do two coats anywhere in this house.

The crew of two took 50% longer than estimated. The quality was not impressive. They got paint on some things they were not supposed to, such as outlets, light switches, trim and didn't paint some things they were supposed to, such as outside door trim (they only did that for cash o the spot). They did not fill in all the holes, even the ones identified to them prior to job completion. They were spray painting the cabinets on the grass and therefore painted the grass - as a fix they mowed it. The worse part is that they left the house extremely dirty, especially the bathrooms with paint dust on everything.

This was our first experience with this company, and they were one of four providers we received bids from. Their price was the most reasonable. The crew did very good work in extremely hot weather. At the end of the project, they walked around the house with us while we checked their work. They were very accommodating and professional. One thing I would have liked is to have had the project manger review the work with us in person. Our communication with him once work was completed was strictly over the phone. We would consider hiring them again, and our home looks absolutely beautiful now!
