Working with Brandon and Paramount Windows and Siding was a very positive experience. Brandon was always punctual with any appointments or phone calls and office staff was great about keeping us informed of timelines, etc. for our project. The work was completed just as planned for and promised. We were very satisfied with everyone involved.

I initially posted a bad review due to the many missteps this project took. However, after the install finally took place, Brandon O'Leary, the company's owner called to talk with me and apologize for the problems. Because of the 6-month process, he wrote off the remaining balance. At the end of the day, problems will arise and it shows his character as a person and business owner to do what was right for the customer. This kind of integrity is not often seen today in business.

Paramount replaced 7 of my windows after the 2012 hail storm here in Windsor. They came out and gave me a quote, didn't try to oversell me as their competitor did, and worked around my time schedule. They showed up when promised to do the installation, cleaned up afterwards, and left me with beautiful new windows. I would highly recommend Paramount.

Siding was done in a timely manner and communication was great. My house looks great.

This company was very professional and very insightful from the person who filled out my contract, to the person who installed my window. When signing the contract i was told 6-8 weeks but it took 10 weeks to get the windows. However, it was manufacturer issue and i was communicated with the entire time and kept up to date. I will be calling them back to do the siding on my home next! I highly recommend this company.

It has been almost 6 months since the project was started, they had to re-order the door because of problems 3 times and I am still waiting for something started at end of March

Did exactly what they said they would do

You can find a company who will do the work for less money, but I doubt the work quality and customer service will rise to the level of Paramount. I hired Paramount to purchase/install two sets of French doors, also requiring that they remove and dispose of two out-dated sliding patio doors. During installation we discovered that there were some minor structural and cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed, which they did. The construction team that completed the work was superlative - when we realized that the install could not be completed same day (due to the new issues that arose during installation) they contacted the main office - they were able to reschedule a job for a customer the next day so they could return and finish my install. My only "complaint" was with one small area of finish trim and two missing wedge pieces to complete the work. The finish trim I'll live with (I'm probably the only one who notices it, anyway) but the missing wedge pieces still have not been resolved (now X 1 month) even though I've brought it to their attention several times and they acknowledge it. In spite of the SMALL issues above, I contacted Paramount after the installation was finished to get a quote for replacing all the windows in my house - and we are under contract with them again (and the same construction crew - yay!).

This company is very customer oriented. They are in touch with the customer at every step of the job, before, during, and after. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Always answering all our questions, so we have a complete understanding of what will be done. I highly recommend Paramount Siding & Windows and will be using them for future projects.They are a company that truly earns your trust and satisfaction.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 1 storm door and a sliding screen door and it took them over 3 months to get it done. Their installer was great, but this company is a wreck. Never anyone in the office! Of course, as soon as the last door was installed, they wanted their money ASAP. Did they offer a discount for our inconvenience??? Of course not. Not even mentioned. I would never hire them again.

They were the only company that returned our request for service. Their selection of siding and explanation of materials was tantamount for their hiring for this particular job.

This is an impressive company. Brandon is sincere and genuine. He helped me pick out the doors for this project and gave me some ways to save money on this job. His staff, Jackie and Guy, as well as the rest of the team, are very customer service oriented. Any questions or concerns are immediately addressed and handled very professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone needing these types of services.

Brandon came to inspect a window that was out of the track, and rather than trying to sell us a new window, found a way to put it back in the window track. We look forward to his bid for our door repair too! Great customer service!

We did experience some issues with the quality inspection done by the employees who installed the windows. They had missed some things. But, Thank you to Brandon, the owner of the company, for fixing everything. Brandon personally came back to our home (after normal work hours, because that was the only time we had available), and check my every concern. He fixed every problem that night, and even compensated for the aggravation of the employee not checking his work. He really went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect before he left that night. And because of Brandon, I will use them in the future when I remodel one of the bedrooms, because mistakes do happen, but Brandon did everything in his power to make us happy. And believe me I am OCD, I had to have them perfect!
