Brandon and the crew were very accommodating to our schedule. They were very quick on the installation process and cleaned up the areas nicely.

Paramount customer service is great, but my overall experience and satisfaction with the project was disappointing. I was referred by a friend who had a great experience, but the ball was dropped a few times during my project fulfillment. My original order for 3 windows was placed in mid-May and the project was finally wrapped up the last week of September. Four months and four in-home visits to receive and install 3 windows seems excessive to me. All supporting staff (with exception to one who I learned was "let go" during my project) were very professional and respectful. This is why I would consider hiring them again for my next window and siding project in hope of a better experience next time.

Biggest issue with these guys is the lack of communications from their crew leaders. Window crew showed up late morning the first day missing material and the largest window. Siding crew was good when there but pulled off of job twice and no explanation from Paramount. When I couldn't get crew lead to answer his phone in regards to where the crew was and what was going on I called the sales guy........................he really didn't want to deal with it. Window install was good but remains incomplete and Hardie siding install was great. Just be ready for dysfunctional customer service.

We were so pleased with the work done for us by Paramount Siding & Windows, Inc. Although they were established in Colorado, the owner now lives in Casper and he personally directed the subcontractors. We would recommend them to our friends who may be considering new siding and/or windows. I would describe their service as professional, attentive to detail and service-minded. This is a company that follows a code of integrity. And, no, I wasn't paid for that little schpeel. �

Brandon O’Leary of Paramount Siding & Windows was assigned as my Project Coordinator for installation of siding and flashing at my residence. I just wanted to write to say thank you for the outstanding job Paramount employees did in re-siding and re-flashing our water damaged home. A personal recommendation letter was given to the crew completing the repairs. Superior workmanship.

From the Sales process, to pre-production, and all throughout production - Paramount was professional, courteous, and responsive. They delivered on time and on budget. We are very happy with the result!

Paramount Siding and Windows has installed windows and doors several times for us. Once for us in our home in Silverthorne. We installed 3 major windows which required working on the 2 level, cutting out new larger templates and building headers to install beautiful windows to enhance the mountain views. Recently we called Brandon O'Leary, owner, to come again to our Thornton home to take out a small sliding back door and replace it with a 7X8 foot tall sliding door. Again requiring a new header. Paramount built a dust free room to work in and kept our house nice and clean while they installed the project. The installers came on time and were very professional. Jon the production manager stayed on top of the project to completion. The installers drywall work was impeccable and they matched our existing paint perfectly.  Our new door is beautiful and opened up our house to the outdoors! We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done siding and windows. Now we will be budgeting for new and better windows for the rest of our home in the near future.

I got a quote from them in Oct. for 2 patio doors. Something else came up that I needed to take care of and they still honored the same quote 5 months later. I was glad they put down carpet protector down. The same day when the job was done another guy came to check the work to make sure I was happy. They don't try to sell you on something you don't need. Very happy with everything. In the fall I will call them to install windows.

My windows needed to be replaced due to a recent major hail storm that hit Colorado Springs the end of Jul 2016. Paramount did a great job working with me and keeping me informed with the status of the project. Excellent workmanship in installation. It did take some time to order the windows do to the hundreds of other people needing a quality window company because of the hail storm.

We really appreciated working with Paramount Siding and Windows, to replace older windows with new ones, which are already making a difference in our heat bills. From start to finish, we found Paramount to be courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in pricing, installing, and in the timing of installing our new windows. I highly recommend Paramount to anyone in need of siding or windows.

We were very pleased with our Paramount experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. The workers were also. They got the job done in a very timely manner. We were very pleased with the finished product.

We had all new siding and coil for exposed beams installed. There was some minor confusion on scheduling, but once we got past that, the team was very efficient and professional, and the installation went without a hitch. I would gladly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for high quality at a good price.

We had high quality windows and sliding glass doors installed. They have made a huge difference in the warmth and looks of our home. We can't hear the street noise or the wind as compared to before! A great investment!! Also, the crew was courteous and professional and always kept their work area clean. We we would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my new windows. Installation was quick and painless. The installer, Chris, answered with expertise, any questions I had and he was courteous,respectful and he cleaned up any mess as if he wasn't even there! Had a great experience. 6 windows were replaced downstairs. The installer was nearly non existent and did a great job! Can't wait for the cold now! 😈

The overall job was GREAT. Their installer was wonderful and will mannered (Good Home Training) I'm sure. The job was done at my rate and time. The best part was that you would never know the installer was even there. Every thing was keep clean as the job was done. Also the office keep in contact with me before the job was even started.

I hired this company even though they were not the least expensive because I like the process they used to install the windows. I have had other windows replaced by other companies and they leaked. They only thing I didn't like was that the workman showed up about 5 and didn't leave till almost midnight.

Brandon was very helpful and easy to work with in getting our siding project completed. The house looks great with the new siding, the only negative comment would be that the crew did not always clean-up their mess and not everything was put back in place the way it was before the project. Overall, very satisfied with our new siding.

Only reason I would not give 5 stars across the board is our siding job was only the back side of our house. We were told it would take 2-3 days. It actually took 2 full weeks. The siding looks great, I'm very satisfied with the work.

The final work product seems good and well done, the installation was just such a nightmare in terms of scheduling. Setting timeframes and then not showing up or calling hours after the scheduled time to tell me they couldn't make it. Called to office to try to make them aware of my concerns and was basically told "people never complain, this never happens...." So they did nothing to resolve the issue. Very frustrating.
