Description of Work: Replaced all windows and patio door. They showed up when they said they would and went right to work. Very professional, courteous and kept me informed along the way, I was impressed with the way they do business. On the 1st day when I received a quote I also received a complete set of specifications in an email. I received a followup call so I could meet with the installer and upon acceptance a nice card of thanks. I received a complete statement of work also. I could write pages about this company and it's staff. They are great!

Description of Work: Installed storm door. Took many attempt to get it scheduled after initial visit. Took several calls to get adjustments to the door after installation.

Description of Work: They replaced siding after fixing a leaking roof line and calked all the windows. It went fine. I did notice a decline in customer service after Kevin left, however.

Description of Work: I felt like this was the worst experience I have been through with any contractor. Originally the first non- English speaking crew threw up the siding in one day. It was crooked and the edges did not line up nor was it was tight to the wall. They ended up having to take the siding off. After they took it down to replace it we discovered the insulation was not done correctly. It was completely missing in spots and others spots were just done poorly. The edges just torn- not cut and not taped and sealed, and seriously not there at all in spots. In the end it took 4 times to tear down and put up the siding, 3 different teams to do it. And a discount for screwing it up bad and so many times with so many different teams. I want to add that Brandon from Paramount did keep coming back to make things right. I just believe that these guys did not have a great business plan to begin with. They used contractors they were unfamiliar with, didn't have a job site supervisor, and used crews that didn't speak English and couldn't communicate at all with anybody working on my house. Which was extremely frustrating. (I ENDED UP COMING HOME ON MY LUNCH BREAKS EVERYDAY SO I COULD SUPERVISE)If I was someone who was considering using these guys be prepared to get personally involved and learn a lot about siding so that you know you will be getting good results. You will become your contractor.
