Work was professional and would use this company for a third time without hesitation.

The company was very responsive to our request. Once they did the first estimate, we were awaiting a phone call back and that never occurred. Once we made contact with them again, our schedules never matched. I waited or moved 3+ appointments to fit teh second visit into the schedule. Their employee Brandon, was late to every appointment by at least 1 hour and 30 min. This caused us to have to reschedule. Finally, after this mornings missed appointment (which I was late to work for.) Was what prompted me to seek other services. I cannot comment on the quality of service, but their inability to lock in an appointment spoke volumes of how I felt as a customer.

The price was a little expensive for me, but the EXCELLENT customer service made up for the price. I asked them for an estimate, after giving me the estimate I received a follow up call to see if I was interested in doing business with them or if I had any questions (none of the other companies ever even called back). After giving them the ok, their salesmen came to my house, on a Sunday, during football playoff season, reviewed the bid with me again and made adjustments. Then took my down payment scheduled it to be done the next week. When there was an issue with the time scheduled they promptly called me to let me know they were moving the date back. After completion there was a flashing that wasn't correct, they guys came out the very next day and fixed it. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what sold me with this company, oh and they did a great job on the roof!!!

They were prompt at making the appointment to give us a bid on the job. That was the last time they were ever punctual when it came to anything with our house. At first the delays were understandable. They had to order the parts in, then it was the weather, etc. I am sure they wanted to have enough projects lined up before coming all the way to Glendive. When doing the window in the living room, they did a great job once they showed up. We even barbecued one night with them. It was a different story when it came to replacing the sliding door with a window. When they worked, they seemed to do a good job, but always had to leave for various reasons. To make up for lost time, they appeared to be in a hurry to get the job done. Unfortunately I didn't catch most of their mistakes at the time it happened. They didn't put insulation in around the frame of the window. I could see daylight from inside the house looking out. They also got glue or insulation all over the window frame inside and out. I used everything I had but couldn't seem to get it to come off. I called them repeatedly to fix the problems, but they would never return my calls. I finally tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau, which to which I found a different number to call them. It wasn't until I tried to report them to the BBB that they returned my call. They eventually had someone come and fix the insulation problem but they were unable to get the glue off the window frame. They wanted to see what else they could use and come back and finish that issue later. I told Paramount that if they didn't want to fix the stain, that I would take a discount on the cost of having the window installed. Since their reputation was on line, they would replace the window if they had to. They never returned anymore of my calls, didn't fix the window and never gave me a discount. They even left the huge hole above my window that wasn't covered up by the frame of the window. I no longer live at this residence but thought I should let people know what they can expect if you hire this company to do work for you. The dates aren't exact but are close. There was a huge time frame from the time they started to the time they last stopped to work on our house. I don't even know the exact cost but gave an estimate.

I had a good experience with Paramont Siding and Windows.

From initial contact with scheduled and bid from salesman, the service was outstanding. The installers were prompt, careful and skilled.

The job was done very well. They actually custom designed the egress window for me and were the only company in the Cheyenne area able to do so. They were a good company to deal with as they were very prompt, neat, and courteous.

We saw this company reviewed in Angies List, called them. They sent out sales guy, great clean cut guy, good info, price looked good, we signed up. They were busy so would be 6-8 weeks. Nice office person called us every few weeks to let us know supplies had come in or things were at a certain place, then sub called to see if he could start next week. He came, was very busy one day replacing windows, got outside part done, house all sealed up. But inside parts like trim not done, so house was kinda mixed up for awhile until he got back to the trim parts after he did the siding parts. He could not come back for a couple of days because he had another job, but then came back, was iffy when he'd return, but decided to get ours done, so hit it hard for several days. He worked hard, just him, cutting metal, climbing up and down, getting it done early am until dark. He wrapped up and was done, tho we were not too happy with inside window trim work (we wanted the trim to match or wood trim, but they don't do staining,etc, so they brought us the wood trim, we stained and varnished it, they put it up). When the owner called to do the final walk thru and get the final check, he came, agreed without us really saying much, that the trim needed to be redone, so he had sub come back the next day, both looked it over, worked on it. The owner came back a few days later, finished it up with putty, other fine tuning.

Jeremy and his crew were on time to install the windows, they worked over time to get the job finished on schedule. They were courteous and friendly and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

They did a fantastic job. From beginning to end the communication was excellent. The suggestions for improvement not only saved me money but also turned out better than I thought. The sub contractors they used were excellent.

Paramount Siding And Windows were responsive enough for me. They will be starting the work next week.

We didn’t choose them because they were offering a lifetime warranty but they’ve only been in business for about seven years. We chose to go with a different company that has been in business for a long time. They were very nice and very professional and they measured all the windows but a lifetime warranty is only as good as the company that is behind it. What would I do twelve years from now and something goes wrong and the company is out of business? Their punctuality definitely gets an A; they were here ten minutes early. We would definitely use them for an estimate in the future. They were in the running until the very end; it got down to them and the company we went with.

This was a difficult installation - replacement of windows installed 60 years ago with modern windows. The installers were excellent craftsmen who took the challenge and exceeded our expectation. They were punctual, careful, and very professional.

Jeremy & Crew worked hard every day & communicated his schedule and any decisions that had to be made on site. Very polite & kept a clean work site.

Qualified installers, good work, took about the amount of time as promised, even though some difficulties were encountered professional work all the way.

They were very effieient and knew what they were doing in a timely manner, the end result was fantastic!

Brandon was on time for estimate, explained the entire process & we started soon after - very knowledgeable of his product - expert at explaining process.

We never received another call from them after the initial quote. They were really nice and professional when we met but they never followed through.

Paramount did an excellent job - the house looks fabulous. They were very generous - throwing in several upgrades (higher grade siding, accent siding, gutters & they repaired soffits & fascia). This work was covered by insurance and Paramount was able to include insulation in the bid when several other contractors were not. They were persistent in getting my business; I was prepared to go with another contractor, but they convinced me to give them a shot. I was glad I did. There were some very minor things that needed attention after the job was done and they addressed them right away.The only issue I had with this contractor was with payment options. As I said this was an insurance job. Because I had not received proceeds from insurance and Paramount needed a payment, I offered to make a partial payment with my credit card. The owner readily accepted my credit card payment. Later when I still had not received insurance proceeds and Paramount was calling me for another payment, I again offered to pay the balance with my credit card. This time, I was told I could not use the credit card again because it cost Paramount too much to use the cards and because the company had exceeded its limit with the credit card company. This has created a budgeting issue for me and I would have appreciated being informed up front that I could only use my credit card for limited amount. Still, my overall experience was a good one and the work was excellent. I would just make sure I spelled out every detail about payments prior to starting work.

They did fantastic, the guys were friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to make it perfect. Really took there time.

From top to bottom, it was an excellent experience. FIrst, Brandon was able to secure a patio door within a week of our order so that we could get the door installed before the Holidays. Brandon also came by for the install and stayed with the team who were very professional until the door was complete, insuring we were 100% satisfied. Finally, with regards to price, Brandon's quotes were by far the best of the three estimates we had for the patio door replacement. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the service.
